Great people! They really helped me out with the spot and it's the perfect place to watch the sunset! We really enjoyed ourselves!

We stay at many Sun rv parks, was at Orange Beach just prior to our stay at Marathon park. Very good staff but seems there was no management there. Bathroom had one functional toilet that was littered with paper and waste, bath showers, men/women stalls all had dirt and hair balls on floors. Walkway and chairs to view sunsets were covered with wet and dried grasses that we had to clean just to sit and walk. Would have talked 5 mins to blow/sweep clean. Very disappointing especially with cost and past experiences with Sun properties including stay Marathon park previously. Will no longer consider Sun properties as a priority. Sad

All the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The location is great. When using the comfort station, I would recommend you bring your own TP as the TP provided is very much lacking. Other than that, everything was awesome.

Great place to stay!! I loved that it was not a huge place. But, they had all of the amenities that I could have asked for. Ocean views with wonderful seating, grill, swimming pool and fun activities for adults and not just children. The grounds were kept up nicely. Free ice, internet, and access to the clubhouse to play ping pong or just play a board game. The staff were ALL great. Helpful, friendly, and just wow! Top notch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Place Is clean, staff is friendly. POD are spacious marina and pier very convenient. Crowded on weekends but is The Key’s And we love it We already planing coming back next year.

Overall very nice and clean Was a front desk person there seemed totally disinterested in anything. Inquired as to if we could extend and she didn’t know or care. Don’t see her last few days so maybe she took that job at McDonalds

Boat ramp was not usable even at high tide. The concrete was broken and our trailer would have fallen off the edge. We paid $95 to use public ramp. Boat in 1 day and park and retrieve another day. Assigned dock was occupied by another boat. With the issues at the dock and having to take outboat somewhere else we forgot the bumpers and 1 if the was $80. Total loss $175. Sewer problem bathrooms flooded with sewer waste and smelled like sewer at campspot.

Facility and Activities were well above average. We built great relationships with the other campers. A great adventure experience.

Sites gravel, most of them spacious. Great staff, clean, laid back atmosphere. Would stay again. Room for towed vehicle at site. Dog friendly, pool small but warm and clean Stayed in 35' class A towing

Expensive...supply & demand, I get it, but wow!

Everything was as advertised, it was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and great to deal with.

The Gulf of Mexico location was stunning! The Motorhome sites are very spacious with nice gravel. We had an awesome thanksgiving dinner provided by the resort, Amanda went above and beyond with the dinner planning. Now as far as the amenities..the bathrooms were not cleaned during our 7 night stay at all. Same trash, same bugs, and not so clean showers. The pool was cold, right by the road with lots of noise from the traffic.. why they don’t have the heater on yet is beyond me. Sun outdoors locations are usually a favorite of ours, but we will skip this marathon location in our future travels.

Great level spots and really cool looking place. I can walk out to sit by the bay and love waking up to the ocean. Right next door to the Dolphin Research Center (which was awesome) and what I believe to be one of the best restaurants in Marathon, the S.S. Wreck and Galley Grill. Looks like a great pool, some type of rec center place with video games, great bathrooms/showers and the staff went WAY above and beyond to help me with an unexpected late check-in. First time visiting the Keys and I certainly picked the right place for a home base.
