We loved the resort and will be booking again. Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was very clean.

Very clean campground and facilities. Fun snack bar with good food and great service. They need to get their propane refill station working.

The facilities are nice and the staff are all friendly and helpful. As a returning guest I did notice that the restaurants pizza wasn't nearly as good as years past. But that can be handled by heading down to the strand for great pie.

It is the best RV Resort I ever stayed in!

Always great accommodations and staff. Thank you. We have had the pleasure several times. First time in a cottage. Someone hit my truck and it is in the shop so We couldn't pull the camper. Great transition with your team to cottage where I had already paid for a camping spot. God Bless.

The campground actually matches the pictures. It's clean, beautiful, and FUN! There's a bunch of amenities such as the comfort stations (love this concept) which have full size bathrooms as well as regular womens/mens rooms, laundry room, water bottle fill stations/fountains. So many pools, lazy river, sports courts, two playgrounds. We'll be back again and again!

Carolina Pines is wonderful, and the public amenities are great. We also thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and activities scheduled throughout the weekend. The check-in staff were a little confrontational, but I believe they were just overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in all at once, and due to family members under the same reservation failing to communicate with each other about check-in, keys, and parking passes. My only complaint is the state of our cabin for the weekend, which was missing the mesh strainer for the coffee pot, a few light bulbs were out, the back tv did not have a remote, several of the the utensils and regular kitchen items were missing, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. However, none of this will stop us from coming next year, haha! I am sure the operations and staff are doing the best they can for that amount of people there this weekend. So, overall, my family and I were happy with our stay!

What a great campground! The only reason I gave a 3 star rate was because our truck was broken into and while things happen, apparently they happen often there. There were multiple vehicles that were broken into that same night and the police and the rangers said they knew where the thieves were coming in over the fence. There should be way more patrol if this is a continuous problem. This place is wonderful and one of our favorite campgrounds but this shouldn’t continue to be a problem. People pay too much to have to worry every day about there things being stolen.

Campsites are meticulously clean, all amenities are right there at the park! We had a blast and we do not even have kids! The only suggestion I would make is that the firepits in G campsites lakeside be located at the back of the campsites near the lake. Much more room there. Other than that everything was perfect!

This facility is clean and quiet! I love the atmosphere and everything we need/want is right on site! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Such an amazing, well thought out campground! You can’t beat the amenities and the amazing staff. We always have the best time when we come.

Everything is wonderful except the cabins. If you’re traveling with small children it is an absolute nightmare. The door locks are electric and have no deadbolt. There is no way to keep them securely inside. The electronic locks are VERY easy to open. I accidentally opened the door many times by brushing the handle. My children did it constantly. I reported this to maintenance after my two year old was found on the porch. I asked them to install a small chain at the top of the door and my husband offered to do it himself. They didn’t want the extra hardware! Keep in mind there is a bottle opener installed on the wall with a wood screw, so it’s not a matter of walls being too precious to pierce. Our particular cabin was surrounded by ponds, which seems so nice! That is, until you read the alligator signs everywhere and have a two year old you cannot adequately contain. This isn’t a matter of disciple - we have never had this issue before. The entire party I was staying with thought the campsites response was ridiculous. I usually read but do not leave reviews, but feel compelled to alert parents with small kids about this danger. I spent the whole vacation moving the sofa in front of the front door so that I could relax when we were inside the cabin. Again, everything else is great but this caused enough of an issue to be a real problem and the response was so crazy. A two dollar sliding lock or door chain at Walmart would solve the issue. But for young families know that you’ll need a baby gate or other apparatus because you cannot walk to the kitchen in peace if your child is fascinated by the porch - the door simply will not stay closed.
