The WiFi is TERRIBLE! The park is wonderful so much to do and very well maintained. We wouldn’t have noticed the WiFi as much but it rained 3 of the 4 days we were here and no tv and I had to work but had to use my hotspot which is questionable.

Amenities were phenomenal and all operable. Most importantly, everything was clean and consistent cleaning was noted. Staff was nice and welcoming! Thank you!

Great facilities, very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities available. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is very spotty and they need more boosters in the park to strengthen the wi-fi signal

The park is modern, clean and overall very attractive with endless things to do for both kids and adults.

I felt the golf cart rental situation was extremely frustrating and not something shared prior to reservation (7 mph max and $70 a day). The restaurant I walked out from without service 3 times and got served on 4th finally. The rangers and grounds folks openly feud with vacationers and are pretty bitter and mean. Spent an evening with my kids in the pool and had to hear the complain on multiple occasions. I stayed in April and the place was 5 stars. This is now only getting 2 stars cus of ladies in store, kids working parks and interacting with other kids and the amazing amenities. EXTREMELY disappointed and was going to book a month every summer but now I don’t know as you don’t feel so welcomed and it’s become money driven.

Check in process was streamlined. Water park was great. Pool was a little cloudy but ok. The new section looks nice and I will be booking a place there next time I book a vacation there. We already have one planed in July so we can’t wait for the new lazy river and new water slides. It was a little disappointing to see all the water in the putt putt area. Hopefully it will be fixed before our next trip.

We did not like it that much, the only good thing about it was the pool, I would rather spend the money and stay Ocean Front at OceanLakes or Lakewood Camping Resorts its a much better atmosphere so much more to do at the oceanfront spots plus not having to drive to the beach.

Our cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean with everything we needed for the kitchen. Kids had more than enough to do. Everything was pretty much good only thing was we were very far away from everything had to take car everywhere other than that we would go back again.

Our stay was great…as usual never long enough. I really like all the upgrades and changes that are being made to the resort area it’s beautiful & so well maintained. The staff is always so friendly & helpful!

One of best vacations I’ve ever had! Very family friendly and very clean! Only thing I wish I had, was MORE TIME!

Super resort and super service !

I love this place! We go three times a year - a 6 hour ride each way! Ton's for the kids to do, live bands, bowling, full restaurant, tons of pools! Best waterpark for the kids - hands down! You will not be disappointed!

Great experience at Carolina Pines, as usual. However, we booked for Memorial Day Weekend with expectations that the the lazy river and new water slides would be up and moving. By the time the park announced it would be opening late it was too late to adjust our trip. Great experience just wish they would have managed expectations better.

Great family vacation plus staff and a manager that care about their guests and jump at the opportunity to make things right if something doesn’t go as planned.

The resort is immaculate and beautiful. Would have given my review 5 stars but the beach house and water park weren’t open. We planned to spend time at both and did not have prior notice that they wouldn’t be available.
