Great place, lots to do and stay entertained, clean, friendly and helpful staff. They seem to work hard to keep this place enjoyable. It was a great place to camp with out grandchildren but it seemed like it would also be a fun place to go with friends!!!

We love this place. The resort fees are worth it! It keeps the thugs and mischiefs out. We live 10minutes away and it’s our go to spot. The sites are huge! Despite being next to I-12, it’s not noisy at all. They did an amazing job with the sound barrier. The pools are clean for so many people. We love the variety of activities for the kids. This stay, they had a snow ball business and taco food truck come by, and Mercy Farm Saturday. I highly recommend Sun Outdoors Northshore. It’s conveniently located by Ponchatoula and Hammond if you’re interested in what those cities offer. We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been since 2021; and we don’t plan on stopping. The RV lake sites are worth the up charge! We usually stay by the volleyball courts but from now on, we are gladly paying for the lake sites with the nice seating areas.

I will NEVER go back to this Sun outdoors New Orleans North Shore due to very rude staff mostly one named Robert. I have sent a complaint to Sun outdoors.

Our site transparency was poor. The location of it should honestly not be a site for anyone. It was located directly in front the gate entrance to the kayaks and gulf carts, bikes, dogs and people come through all day long. And on a packed weekend that means people are literally coming through our site at all times. It was stressful. Couldn’t even enjoy our fire pit bc it was right in the path of everyone. For what we paid a night and having to deal with this it just wasn’t worth it. We love camping at sun ourdoors but this site just isn’t it. The online map doesn’t exactly point that out when picking your site either and paying that ridiculous high priced lock in fee you take a chance.

Long sites for our 70’ rig. Nice patio with table. Only downside we were on the row close to putt putt and pb courts and the music they provided was way too long and for too long. It started at 8:30 am and shut off at 9:30. We couldn’t watch tv outside due to music being so loud and when talking with others outside it was hard to hear without talking really loud. Other than that very nice kept park close to I12.

When the pool is as cold as it was, the heat should have been cut on instead of someone refusing to heat it. It was miserable when it could have been much more enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds were amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river, family pool and mini golf. Our site backed right up to the water. We had an issue with the pedestal and they fixed it right away. We would absolutely stay here again. It was beautiful.
