Comfortable spots with some concrete spots. Grounds are kept clean. Water pressure, 50 amp power and sewer adequate. However we had very hard rain that completely covered some camp spots. Also children were riding scooters and bike at fast speeds without regard to pedestrians.

Cable did not work properly, Technician said it was because my TV was too old but it works everywhere else. I am at a KOA today and the cable and antenna work fine. Was there for 3 weeks and no one mowed the grass. I moved everything out of the way so they could mow. Campsite seemed to have alot of red ants on the patio area.

Camp ground is very nice am well kept up. Shade trees at most sites made the experience even better. Many on-site eminities . Quiet at night. Will definitely stay again.

Good spacing between sites, lot of ammenities, close to shopping and entertainment.Very clean.

This campground had ample space between sites which made for a comfortable and relaxing environment. The river sites had open areas behind each site, offering great views of the river. The campground is very clean and well-maintained. The park is thoughtfully designed, featuring ample areas for children to play and ride bikes, making it an ideal destination for families. Its excellent location makes it easy to access and exit, adding to its overall appeal.

Clean open campground. Friendly staff. Coffee in the lobby! Will be out regular campground when we go to Pigeon Forge from now on.

This campground was at a convenient location , very beautiful, and has all the amenities you would need. The only downfall we had was the showers. There was no shower curtain so the floor got soaking wet and anything you had near got wet. There’s no bench so you had nowhere to put your clothes or your toiletry items.
