Great, clean campsite! The WiFi would not connect to our tv, but it didn’t make much difference to us. Lots of things for the kids to do, and the sites next to the river were large and very accommodating. It is close enough to the main strip that there is not hard to access, but it is out of the way enough that you don’t hear a bunch of the traffic. Overall, one of my new favorite places to stay.

It's a wonderful campground that's well maintained and the pool area is great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that over the busy Labor Day weekend many of the laundry machines were out of service. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Campground was well kept. Pool was nice and clean. Bathrooms and other facilities were also clean. Another plus is the location. 20-30 drive to many attractions on Smoky mountains. Even though it’s located off a very busy parkway, it was very quiet. We stayed at a riverfront site.

Great location and great amenities

We camped with the full hookup, and everything was great. The shower house is clean and climate controlled. The aquatic center was perfect on hot days, and the ice cream truck coming thru twice a day was a great touch. I highly recommend this place.

The campground was very clean. The sites were a good size. We travelled with our grandkids so it was important that there was plenty of things to enjoy at the resort. The location was close to the places we visited in the area. It was a great spot to camp.

The site and laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome along with the playground and jump pad.

Nice little park tucked down off the main road nestled up against a river. Great park for families with kids. Reminded me of my youthful days where kids are playing with each other at the park playgrounds, jumpy pad, bball courts and riding bikes. Two nice pools complement the park. One of my favorite aspects of this park was that there was plenty of trees to provide shade. Highly recommend this park for your next stay.

Excellent amenities, service, and friendly staff.

100% recommend staying here to everyone. It’s in the perfect spot and close to everything. Very family friendly and beautiful camp ground.
