Overpriced and mean lady at front desk. Keep yelling at us for no reason

The park was set up nicely. The spots were clean. However the garbage cans were filthy on the outside in laundry and other common areas. The office staff was not as friendly as I would expect.

excellent.. Clean clean clean and very friendly staff. Amenities resort style and more. Will be coming back for sure. Distance to all the shows and attractions is great too. Had a great time.

We just got done staying here and it was awesome. The pool, park, bounce pad and location was perfect. Quick access to all the fun things with a beautiful running river going through the campground. Loved our stay and when we decide to come back it will be here.

A lovely place to stay! You get a taste of the mountains and you are conveniently close to major attractions such as Dollywood. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again. The pool and bounce pad are excellent! My son loved it!

Clean, had lots on trees and activities. 2 cons: 1 rude gentleman at desk but other was nice and too may kids in lazy river not being watcher by parents.

Sun Outdoors had it all. From dusk til dawn my family had something fin to do. The only regret I have it that our week vacation went by way too fast! Thanks for the great stay, Sun Outdoors!

Clean , great atmosphere! Tons of stuff to do for the kiddos inside the camp.

Bathrooms were spotless. So many fun things for kids of all ages. Location was great. My main reason for this rating is out of all the campsites we have been to Sun Outdoors had the most welcoming, friendly staff we have ever seen! Their hospitality and cheerful faces is what made it exceptional!
