Very nice spot we stayed in. The guy that pulled my camper from storage was very professional, super friendly and made sure we were able to hook up.

Great location. Staff were very helpful.

All the added fees are getting out of hand. Now you have to pay $5.00 a day to bring your own golf cart. If you bring a second vehicle or trailer you have to pay $ 10.00 a day to park In the campground. Or as I was told at check-in if you can not get it all in your site it is $10.00 a day.

The campground was great, clean, and a happy place to be. Rating is due to check-in process. 2 days before arrival I contacted campground to alert that the reservation was connected to stored RV on their property. Upon arrival, checked in at office and proceeded to campsite - RV was not present. Returned to office to request the stored unit be put on campsite. I followed all directions according to the office about reservations and stored RV units. Was very disappointed that I did exactly what they asked, but had to backtrack and request my RV out of storage field to the campsite. This is 2nd time my call to office to link stored unit to reservation and the office did not complete as requested.

Easy check in! Nice sites and very quiet, friendly campground! Lots of events at the campground!

We love going to this campground. There’s a lot for kids to do and the campsites aren’t too close to each other. It is well kept and convenient to Pigeon Forge. We plan on returning again soon.

Clean lots things to do for the kids

My biggest complaint was that i had to take a cold shower at 10 am. The campground was far from being crowded. There were lots of employees working around in the park for maintenance. All were very friendly and worked hard doing the jobs assigned to them. The campground was clean and well maintained.

Office staff was very nice and helpful the maintenance men assisted us and was very helpful the park was clean and peaceful!!!

This was our first vacation in 4 years. We decided to visit Sun Outdoors in Pigeon Forge and we were not disappointed. The lazy river was a little small but the water was warm. We just relaxed and enjoyed the floating. The hot tub was great too! The rv park is centrally located to where we wanted to visit. Easy access in and out. We will be back again for another visit very soon.

Fantastic staff, excellent facilities.

This was our first trip with our first camper. We wanted to test everything out and the sites had full hook ups. The campground was very dog friendly and quiet. The location to the main part of pigeon forge was perfect. 10/10

We really enjoyed camping there .It was our first time camping in a camper . Easy pulling in and out . Great set up .The kids had a great time .Super dog friendly.!! Will be back . Only one little minor thing cable very fuzzy but it's camping who needs cable
