This was our first time staying at your camping resort and we were impressed beyond measure! From the greeting at the entrance, our escort to our site and all of the wonderful amenities and staff. Amenities were amazing! Lots of things for the kids to do and very convenient. I gave 4 stars because the out houses at the tent sites were always out of toilet paper and the shower houses could use more hooks or shelves to put clean, dry clothes on or bags. The small shelf above the toilet is not big enough to hold much of anything needed while showering. I did not want to have to use the handicap bathroom just to be able to use the changing table for a place to set my things.

Hands down this is the best RV resort that we have been to yet. The pool was amazing. There were so many things to do and the staff was very friendly. We told all of our friends about this place and we are planning a big group of us are going to stay next month.

Beautiful place, close to trails and Rocky Mountain National Park. Cute town, but lots of stores close on Tuesdays. The staff was friendly and helpful. Watch out if you order packages or mail, its a weird little system and takes and extra two days because the post office doesn't deliver there. The park has to got to the park to pick up the mail and if you go to the post office yourself they wont release it to you if its the address of the park...so weird.

The resort is amazing, complimented by all the amenities such as crafts, sports, arcade/bowling, and awesome pool/spa. The views are fantastic and the staff always attentive and willing to help. I would highly recommend this resort anytime!

The camp service was outstanding, however due to the newness of the facility there is zero shade at or near the tent campsite and you cannot drive your car to your site. Everything has to be hauled in via wagons. The common spaces and activities buildings are exceptional-great place for young children!

Prices are very high if you aren’t using all the amenities. No adult pool outdoor only family pools. I love kids but have 10 grandchildren and wanted more peaceful time. It was fun to watch the gulf cart parade all decked out for the forth. We did not use the restaurants but did use the laundry room which was very clean. I peaked in the restroom. And nice big shower all private rooms. And of course it will be much prettier when everything grows in.
