Great place and excellent location

Perfect Location for an relaxed stay near to the City.

Resort opened in 2021 and is in mint condition. Absolutely spotless with a wide range of activities for the whole family. Includes a large pool, 2 hot tubs and childrens water play area. 2 storey clubhouse with gorgeous sunset views. Sites are perfectly level with nice landscaping. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us with lots information on the San Diego area

This place is amazing!!!!! I highly recommend staying here. The staff is wonderful and there are so many activities for kids and adults. The on-site arcade is great and the pool is my families favorite place to hang out. There is not enough space to boast about all of the wonderful things about the sun outdoors brand. Thank you for creating a fun family friendly environment. With fun activities for adults too!

Great, new, clean, modern all inclusive RV park. Nice simple restaurant and full bar. Clean, individual restroom/showers at several locations in the park. Nice, friendly staff. Very accommodating.

Truly enjoyed our stay! So glad we splurged and reserved an elite site. If only EVERY campground is this clean and luxurious. We will be back.

I loved that this place is so family friendly. It feels really safe and has a ton of amenities. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating for a couple of reasons, one being that the front door to the cottages does not lock from the inside and my one and a half year old just walked out of the door several times. The second is I really wish that there were black out curtains or at least blinds on every window because it’s so hard to get decent sleep with the lights shining in the windows at all times.

Love this park! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless. We stayed her last year and their guest policy didn’t make sense to us. They have revised it and now we are Happy Campers. It’s pricey but well worth the money in our opinion. Sites and facilities are clean, the cafe is delicious, electric , cable and sewer all worked. Bite the $$ bullet and stay here!

This is our favorite spot by far. Views from the sites along the perimeter are best. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We love Sun Outdoors but the mosquitoes this year were relentless. We’ve never experienced mosquitoes like that before. We were there 9 days, tried to sit outdoors the first night by the campfire and had to go in after 15 minutes. We never were able to enjoy sitting outdoors at night after that.

This makes our 2nd stay and have booked our next stay for 2 weeks from now. We’ll be attend a concert at the North Island and don’t want to have to stay in a hotel.

Excellent resort! Nice amenities and great cafe’. Have the salmon avocado toast, you won’t be disappointed! My only criticism was our space was near the front registration and entrance. A little busy and bright. Fortunately, I had just finished sewing my blackout curtains for the bedroom last trip. Saved the night! We will camp here again!!
