Our site had a big pile of leaves and a pile of ashes from the fire pit. Could have been a bit cleaner. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is beautiful, your camping but everything is accessible, it rained the day we camped but it was amazing the staff was nice , it was clean and welcoming definitely going back , the only bad thing was the Wi-Fi and phone signal up there but I’ll definitely be back

The park itself is very nice and clean and very friendly employees, but every time it seemed like an RVer would use their bathroom the entire park would get too small it. So we left one day ahead of our departure date.

There were constant sewer smells even after we changed location. We decided not to stay the second night so I ask for a refund on my fee for the second night and was denied.

It's a nice park. It's got lots of amenities. We didn't use any of them so it was overpriced for us.

The complex is very clean and the location is quiet charming. Tent campgrounds where good trash picked up everyday. So, the problem we had was that the neighbors where so loud all 3 nights needless to say I didn’t sleep!!

Professional- well manicured- easy check in- well marked spaces, albeit a little tight (CA norm), trees- walking path, dog path. Access to the beach easier with vehicle- walking takes 15 min hard to lug supplies. 20 min from downtown Santa Barbara.
