I stayed 3 nights. Everything was fine. I understand previous comments about some sites being "tight"... my trailer is 13ft and that plus my jeep barely fit in my space. A bigger negative, for me, was the wifi - pretty bad, especially 11am to 11pm. The park was clean, restrooms in good order, staff courteous and very present.

I wanted to change my RV spot, and the people at the front desk were very accommodating, and we stayed an extra night as well. Campground is quite large and filled with shady pines. Very clean and well maintained. Really nice stop off to explore Ogunquit area.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and my kids had the time of their lives.

The campsites are close together but the campground is clean and welcoming.

This weekend was booked for my husbands birthday. I gave this rating due to the fact that my father in law was unfortunately not able to make it hes terminally ill with stage 4 cancer. I tried 2x to get some type of compensation for my in laws and they didnt care 1 bit. My kids drove 2 hours to come to the campground with young children and we're denied entry. Even tho we had technically booked 2 sites each site allows 6 people per site. We had 2 spots on our site for people and wanted to apply the 2 additional people a 2 and 4 year old to my in-laws unoccupied site. Feel since sun outdoors has taken over this place it basically runs as a cooperation with zero compassion. Think before spending the money to go here.

A very family friendly atmosphere! The staff was kind and helped with any of our needs and questions. Site was safe, clean, and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities on site too. The only downside was the amount of pine trees in location so be prepared for sap!

Spots are VERY close. WiFi did not work and cable hookup did not work. Cell service was even limited in our spot. Minimal amenities. Many dogs and no place to walk them. People’s dogs were pooping at campsites.

Lots of mosquitoes, cramped narrow campground, no where for dogs to conduct business, the front half of the place is one big hill so kids on bikes go fast, the mini golf is 10$ a person that’s discounted for staying there, the pool is small and usually full, some of the folks that help you park were a little short on hospitality, and the mosquitoes were plentiful and biting, the Outdoors chain of rv sites is consistent: maximize profits by minimizing site space. Visit Congdons donuts. We spent one night here just to break up a return drive from further up Maine. It’s right off 95 so that’s a great but we would not go back otherwise

We had a great site, towards the back of the campground. It was nice and quiet. Fit our camper nicely. However everyone brought their dog to do their business right behind our camper. The campground is not visitor friendly. My brother came to visit one rainy afternoon and they charged him $20 for the hour he stayed and wouldn’t let him park at our site even though there was ample room. I wish for the almost $200/night camping fee that there was a shuttle service from the campground to the beach as parking at the beach is limited and highly competitive.

Facility was clean, well marked. Family and pet friendly. My disappointment was a daily fee for wifi/ internet that was marginally functional.
