Camp had the basics, but had a very active train track right beside the camp. Whistles all day and night. The camp allows washing your rig at your site. I used National Detail Pros that uses a soap/wax combination with a ceramic additive. They did an excellent job.

"Difficult" to get into the property. Right by the railroad track with a fence separation. Site assigned had an active ant hill at the water connection. Ants could walk up the hose and into the RV. Pictures weren't matching reality for the most part. Owner accommodating.

Overall was a great place to stay. One of the workers, Travis, was nothing but pleasant and exceptional. He was very friendly and informed on the property. Free laundry is offered, which is always nice. The only reason I am rating a 4 star is because the property was covered in sticker bugs, which my furry friends did not like and neither did I. There is also rail road track right by the property, but I always enjoy hearing a train.
