Nice smaller RV park right in town. We had a huge pull through which was wonderful as we didn't have to unhook our trailer from our coach. Clean, well kept and friendly staff. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, fuel and a lovely park/community sports complex across the way where we could walk our dogs for more exercise, but, the dog park at the resort was lovely, grassy, secure, and huge! We would certainly stay again if passing through Cortez.

Super clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to Mesa Verde National Park! Great city park across the street to get in a good walk.

This is a great park that's well kept. It's in the middle of town which is nice in terms of getting to local eateries and other amenities. Sites are pretty large with plenty of space to fit anything you might be bringing with you. There's a great dog park which is all grass and watered, so it's not dirt pretending to be grass. Sites are all gravel which is kept graded and level. The main road is paved and wide so getting into and out of sites is pretty simple and easy. This campground has everything you might need. It's not terribly fancy, but it's a great spot to stop and spend some time.

The staff were the best. Very nice RV park.. Had the mobile RV wash guy who staff recommend do my rig. He did a great job.

The only issue that we had with the park was the site we had was out of level from side to side enough that our rig couldn't completely level itself. We could have added blocking, however we were only there for one night. Other than that the park was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

We were close to main road of Cortez and it was louder than desired. Couple cars with loud stereos passed by at 1100 pm. The facility was very clean.

For an in town rv park, it was a great find! Sites are level, gravel is even, plenty of room on the site for 2 vehicles. Laundry facilities were clean, good amount of washers and dryers for a good price. I'd definitely recommend!
