very nice park, most sights were big and roomy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and laundry room were VERY clean.

The resort is in a great central location in town tho very quiet. It is TRULY spotlessly clean. The sites are quite spacious. The mature trees offer beauty and shade. This was our second time and we’ll definitely come back! It is very convenient to Mesa Verde NP!

Well maintained RV park with plenty of trees for shade. Good location in Cortez across from a park. Laundry and bathroom facilities clean and easily accessible. Shaded dog park. We will return to this RV park. Highly recommend it.

Very convenient location for visiting Mesa Verde Nat'l Park. Lots of restaurants and conveniences close by. The park was very clean and shaded. We've been RVing for years and Sundance has the cleanest showers/laundry we've ever seen.

It was a very nice, clean park. The dog park was one of the best we've seen. There was also a huge city park across the street. Not a five only because there was a lot of road noise. We pulled out the sound machine and that helped.

It’s clean- they even rake the gravel before you arrive- the restrooms are spotless and they have beautiful laundry facilities. It’s near markets and restaurants. (Try La Casita for Mexican food!)
