Sunflower Ridge RV Resort Park Rules

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

  • Check in time is 2pm.

  • Check out time is noon.

CAMPGROUND RULES:

  • Recreational campers only.

  • You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. All campsites must be
    occupied by at least one adult  age 25 or older.

  • The main guest on a reservation is responsible for all individuals on site. All children must have adult supervision.

  • The main guest on a reservation is liable for any damages to the RV Park or campsite.

  • Help protect the beauty of trees, trails, and wildlife by not damaging the property. No
    cutting, carving or driving nails into trees and no digging or picking up plants.

  • All buildings are smoke free.

  • Sunflower Ridge RV Resort reserves the right to evict anyone without refund, for violating
    the rules, destroying or defacing property, creating a disturbance, or non-payment.

  • Any vehicle or RV occupying a site unauthorized or ordered to be removed from a site
    must vacate the site immediately upon notification from Sunflower Ridge RV Resort.

  • If a vehicle or RV must be towed to remove it from a site, all associated costs will be the
    responsibility of the vehicle or RV owner. Sunflower Ridge RV Resort is not responsible for
    any damage caused by having to remove that vehicle or RV.

  • No person shall leave any personal items unattended in RV Park for more than 24 hours. In
    the event of an evacuation, RV Park personnel will not remove customer's personal items
    from the Park regardless of whether the items belong to a paying customer or a non-paying
    Park user. No person with items in Sunflower Ridge RV Resort shall travel away from the Park
    further than 24 hours travel time so they are able to retrieve their personal items in the
    event of an evacuation.

RV SITE INFO:

  • Each RV site fee includes up to six persons, one wheeled sleeping unit, and one tent.

PRIMITIVE CAMPSITE INFO:

  • The primitive campsite fee includes up to six persons and two sleeping units.

  • No wheeled sleeping unit allowed.

PARKING:

  • Parking along paved roads, on grass, or in an unoccupied site is prohibited.

  • All vehicles parked at a site must be parked on the gravel or concrete of that site.

QUIET HOURS:

  • 11pm - 7am (unless otherwise noted).

PROHIBITED:

  • DO NOT trench around tents.

  • DO NOT discharge sewage or gray water on the ground or in the lakes and waterways.

  • DO NOT wash vehicles or RVs in the park.

  • DO NOT hang items from trees.

  • NO use of electrical insect-killing devices.

  • DO NOT install permanent structures in the park.

  • NO horse trailers, tractor trailers, bunk house trailers, etc.

  • DO NOT cover multiple structures with a tarp. No tarp may extend more than 6 inches
    beyond the single structure it is covering.

  • NO solicitation or selling any item (including resale of a campsite).

  • NO sleeping overnight in a vehicle not designed for camping (unless special permission is
    granted by Sunflower Ridge RV Resort.

  • Hunting is not allowed. Use of firearms is prohibited.

  • Use of fireworks is prohibited.

  • Use of drones is prohibited in our campground.

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Glass containers are only allowed on campsites.

  • Golf carts and motorized scooters may be operated by licensed drivers only. This
    equipment is allowed on roads, parking lots and within the RV and camping areas from
    sunrise to sunset. Absolutely no motorized equipment allowed on trails.

TRASH:

  • Please dispose of trash in the dumpster provided. No littering.

  • All sites must be kept tidy.  Customers who cannot keep their site aesthetically pleasing
    may be asked to vacate the park.

CAMPFIRES:

  • Campfires are permitted in fire rings only.

  • Do not move fire rings.

  • Never leave campfire unattended,

  • Do not discard ashes in trash or on grass.

  • Burning trash in the fire rings is strictly prohibited.

PETS:

  • A maximum of two domestic pets are allowed per campsite.

  • Pets must have current vaccines.

  • Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length when off reserved site.

  • Pets must be reasonably quiet, restrained and always supervised.

  • Pet owners are responsible for the cleanup of their pet’s waste.

  • Pets must not be tied to trees.

  • Non-domestic or exotic animals are prohibited.

Booking Policy:

The full reservation total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled at least 1 day prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Reservations cancelled less than 1 day prior to arrival receives no refund.

  • No shows and early departures receive no refund.
