Terms & Conditions
Park residence is bound to terms and conditions of SUNRSE TOURIST TRAILER PARK rules and regulations AT ALL TIMES.
PERMANENT SITE RESERVATIONS
Please reserve your site for the following season on or before September 1st. A deposit of $______ is required by Sept 1st by e-
transfer, cash, or cheque. Balance must be received by Apr 1st. If deposits and balance are not received by the above-mentioned
dates, sites will automatically be re-rented, and trailers pulled off sites at Owner’s expense. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
One registered family per site consisting of 2 adults and 2 children 16 years of age and under living at home premises.
Registered single adults may register 1 guest free of charge. MAXIMUM OF 6 PERSONS INCLUDING CHILDREN, VISITORS, AND RESIDENTS PER SITE AT ONE TIME.
PARK OPENING AND CLOSING
The Park will be open on the first weekend of May. Hydro will be turned on -water and sewage, weather permitting. Closing First
weekend of Oct. No admittance to Park will be allowed other than for inspection of trailers between park season closing day and
Next May re-opening date. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
WINTER STORAGE
Trailers that are not going to be in the Park for the following season will have to be moved from the premises by end of
September. Winter storage period will be Oct-Apr 15th
.
VEHICLES
1. Speed limit of 5 MPH within Park
2. Anyone wishing to park in front parking lot may do so at any
time.
3. No vehicle may enter the Park after 11 PM and no vehicle
except RVs may leave Park before 6 AM, except in case of
emergency.
4. Only 1 vehicle permitted per site parked beside trailer only.
Absolutely no parking on any other site.
5. If you are parking beside your trailer and it is necessary to
move your vehicle more than once in one day. It is mandatory
that you park your vehicle in the front parking lot.
6. Visitor must park your car at front parking lot and register at
office.
7. There is a one-way road, entering the pool side, exiting the
house side.
8. Visitor’s vehicle must be parked on the road to load and unload
quickly and, if necessary, can replace your vehicle beside your
trailer with Management's knowledge. however, the
proceeding conditions must be followed.
9. Hand push boat trailers into position if you cannot back it in
from the road. Ask for assistance.
10. Do not drive to and from docks on a daily basis with fishing
gear.
11. All boat trailers to be parked in designated area, not on site.
12. If management considers Park too wet during the week for
vehicles, the ropes will be in place, as at night and on
weekends.
13. Please walk – don’t drive. Use vehicles only when necessary.
Stay on road. NO DRIVING ON GRASS. Driving on the grass will
result in cost to you for repair.
SALES
Trailers or boats to be advertised for sale on the property must first obtain Management approval. These items must be shown to
perspective buyers through the office and leads passed on. MAXIMUM 1 per SEASON. A 5% fee will be charged upon sale of
article. Items once offered for sales and then removed from sale status will be charge a fee S100.00. Otherwise, said items must
be removed from the property before being offered for sale. Upon the sale, sites/dockages may not be assigned to the purchaser
without the written consent of Management. THE NEW OWNER MUST ARRANGE THEIR OWN REGISTRATION AND SEASON FEE.
VISITORS
VISITORS MUST REGISTER UPON ARRIVAL AND MUST LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES AT THE VISITOR'S PARKING LOT.
Visitors when given permission to enter park to unload vehicle, must leave car on road while unloading.
VISITOR'S FEE: $10 per-person for day visitor until 9pm. $15 per person overnight. $100 per person per week. $300 per person for
season pass, regardless of age. Free for pickup and drop off at the front parking lot.
CHILDREN LESS THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT PERMITTED OVERNIGHT WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. ALL GUESTS MUST BE
INFORMED OF PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
CAMPSITES
Please respect the privacy of fellow campers. Do not walk through, walk around. Children must not be allowed lo play or run
behind trailers. Only one trailer permitted per site. No buildings other than steel fabricated storage sheds are allowed,
approximately 5’ by 6’. No refrigerators outside— must be in shed and should be vented.
Please remove obstructions for lawn cutting to your patio, shed or trailer during absence of more than 1 day. No add-on, or decks,
canvas or vinyl-type awnings only. Tip-outs are on designated sites only and must have management approval. Outside antennas
must be attached to trailer. Maximum height 10' above trailer roof. We have concrete patios on each site. The addition of patio
stones to be approved and replaced with sod when leaving or left. No open fires other than in the designated area at lakefront.
All fires must be extinguished before leaving fire pit. Please protect our trees. Only use wood supplied by Park. No shrub or tree
planting allowed without Management permissions. Any ruts or holes or damaged grass made by vehicles or pets must be
repaired or replaced at Park resident cost.
Grass on the main/common areas will be mown by management – area of seasonal’s site will be the residence’s responsibility.
No smoking and marijuana inside cottages. Planting marijuana are prohibited.
SWIMMING POOL
CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT. 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER No diving is allowed. Health regulations
must be followed. Pool hours are 10AM to 8PM. Entrance fee is required per person, regardless of age.
PLAYGROUND
Playground is provided for children and will be used at your own risk. Small children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents
are responsible for damage done by their children.
NOISE
Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. Saturday is 12:00am until 7:00am, However any noise must be kept to a reasonable level
at all times. Parents are responsible for children at all times. No yelling or screaming after dusk. Radios must be turned off by
11:00pm. You will be asked to tum the volume down even during the day. If the sound is not tolerable.
Most of our campers are trying to escape the hustle and bustle of city living and want and demand their rest. Please co-operate.
NO DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS IN PARK AT ANYTIME.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLE
Please place garbage bag in front of your trailer every Sunday afternoon at 2pm. A medium-sized bag per unit. recycling not
limited. NO DUMPING, DAILY GARBAGE ONLY! All DUMPING ITEM WILL COST YOU EXTRA. $4 for an extra bag. Glass and plastic
bottles, newspaper and cardboard must be sorted.
DRINKING WATER. PLEASE CONSERVE WATER
Water is obtained from a 175' flowing well. Twice monthly samples are sent to the Health Unit for analysis.
WATER MUST BE TURNED OFF AT POST WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON SITE. A leak in your trailer will cause considerable damage and
will drain our water supply. Any damages will be at the residence’s cost. PLEASE DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR OR TRAILER.
Maximum 20 gallon per trailer or cottage per day. A water fee will be charged if exceeds.
SHOWERS are available for your convenience and are coin operated. Open 24 hours.
WASHROOMS AND LAUNDRY
Washrooms are to be used by persons whose trailers do not have washroom facilities and for people at the pool during pool
hours. Please obtain a key at the office when at the pool.
No washing machine in the cottage or trailer.
ELECTRIC
Each site is provided with a 15- and 30-amp outlet. All Seasonal sites are metered. A $200 cash security deposit will be required
on entering the Park for the first time each season. The deposit will used against electric bills incurred on behalf of your site, held
without interest. If usage is over the deposit amount, additional deposit will be required. Meters will be read regularly for
tracking. The meters are all Hydro-inspected and approved.
PETS
Pets are welcome. MUST BE ON A LEASH. Please do not let them be a nuisance to your neighbours. The owners of the pets are
responsible for keeping them quiet and cleaning after them. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN STORE, SWIMMING AREA, RENTAL
TRAILERS.
SEWAGE
We are on a septic system and to avoid sewer problems, we would appreciate your co-operation. NO CHEMICALS ARE ALLOWED –
ONLY NON-POLLUTING OR BIODEGRADABLE PRODUCTS. Hold sewage in holding tank until time to release. This avoids build-up of
solids in your holding tank and will accumulate enough water to get a better flow. It is not necessary to flush well water into your
black water holding tank each time you empty. If possible, please hold gray and black tanks on rainy days and weekends, and
empty on sunny days and weekdays. DO NOT FLUSH SANITARY NAPKINS. PAPER TOWELS OR DISPOSABLE DIAPERS. Use single ply
WHITE issue or RV TOILET PAPER only. ALL SEWAGE ELBOW CONNECTIONS MUST BE DISCONNECTED AND CAPPED BEFORE PARK
CLOSING. Do not park your trailer or vehicle directly over the sewer hook-up or lines. By following these simple practices, you will
help to avoid inconvenience for yourself and your neighbours.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Management reserves the right to terminate any lease or agreement if the Park regulations are not observed. Sunrise Tourist
Trailer Park reserved the right to evict guest immediately, if necessary. Anyone using our Park and facilities do so at their own risk.
We will not be held responsible for theft. vandalism or accidents of any nature.
We/I hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand the above-mentioned Good Camping Practices. We/I have read and
agree to honour the park and regulations as specified in Schedule B as above.
