Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

COMMUNICATIONS
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us if you fill out our contact form. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

End User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cypress Lake RV Resort, LLC, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, investigation and attorneys' fees) arising from End User's use or any user of End User's account of the Service or content therein, their violation of the Terms of Service, or their infringement, or infringement by any other user of their account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of West Monroe, LA without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Cypress Lake RV Resort, LLC and you, or its business partners and associates.

No RV or time for an overnight cottage stay? Enjoy a full day of fun without staying the night!
Park & Play includes admission for one vehicle and up to four guests for $129. Park in our guest
lot and enjoy the same amenities as overnight guests from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Park & Play is available every day of the week!
Park & Play Guidelines
PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY
First and foremost, we are an RV resort with absolutely amazing amenities designed for our
regular guests staying in their RVs. We are now opening a limited number of Park & Play
options each week, which we are excited for families from near and far to cerebrate and enjoy
our family-friendly atmosphere! The following conditions are designed to ensure the best guest
experience for all our guests:
1. Cost 1: The base cost of each Park & Play vehicle is $129.00 for up to 4 guests, plus an
additional $20.00 resort fee for each additional guest, up to a maximum number of 8 guests per
Park & Play vehicle. No two vehicles can be combined under a single reservation.
3. How to Reserve: Park &; Play reservations will only be available online through our
reservation system and will require the full names and ages of all occupants at the time of
reservation.
4. Reservations must be made ONLINE ONLY.
5. All guests under a reservation must be present at the time of check-in at the Welcome Center
to present IDs and receive their wristbands. Vehicles will not be allowed to wait for another guest
to arrive.
6. All guests will have to wear the same wristbands as all other resort guests.
7. One guest in the vehicle must be over the age of 21 and have a valid driver’s license.
8. A parent or guardian must always be present and in the presence of their children aged 12 or
younger.
9. The responsible adult in the vehicle must be able to sign an electronic waiver and policies and
procedures for themselves and all minors, just like all registered guests at RV sites and cottages.
10. There is no “In & Out” from the resort. If you leave, you cannot return.
11. There will be no “drop off” or “pick up” available. All guests must be present at check-in
and leave together at end of the visit.
12. The hours for Park & Play will be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. (There will be no early check-
ins or late check-outs)
13. All guests must conform to the behavior and respect standards of our family
environment that are expected from our other guests. Any disruptive or disrespectful guest
will be required to immediately leave, and all members of their Park & Play reservation
group will be required to leave with them, without any refund of any amount, and be
barred from returning to the resort in the future.
14. For insurance and safety reasons, each Park & Play vehicle must be model year 2010 or
newer, have a current license plate and proof of current insurance.
15. Like with other resort guests, no outside food or beverages may be brought into Sunset
Cove.
16. Because we love animals and there is no place to leave them on a hot sunny day if you are in
a vehicle, no pets will be allowed to accompany a Park & Play guest.
17. Sunset Cove and all of its facilities are built to ADA standards and ensures accessibility for
all guests. Under the ADA, service animals must be dogs trained to perform a specific task.
Emotional Support animals will not be permitted inside Sunset Cove Waterpark area where the
water amenities and food areas are located unless they are trained to perform a specific task
related to the disability of the guest.
18. No smoking or vaping inside Sunset Cove Waterpark or any other public building on the
resort.
19. No music may be played from any vehicle parked in guest parking.
20. All other rules & regulations apply and will be signed electronically at time of reservation.
Once you purchase your Park & Play pass and check-in at the Welcome Center, you will receive
an wristband for each paid Park & Play guest. These wristbands allow you access to the resort
and its amenities and must be worn at all times while on the property.
