This place is disgusting and nit as advertised. The concrete pad was all br9ken up and if you actually parked in it your stairs would be in the neighbors house or you slide would. There was a huge tree in our space with roots all thru the drive area. Cars are double parked. It's incredibly hard to maneuver. There is a rickety fence that tries to maintain 3 large pit bulls. They broke out of the fence when my partner tried to walk our small, bite sized dog.

It was absolutely filthy. 3 overflowing dumpsters when you pull in. The pictures on the websight are not true to life. There were no spots available that you could fit a 30 ft. Trailer into as promised on the websight. There were homeless people milling about the property with dogs. We did not stay. We couldn't have ever got our trailer into the spots available anyway. I contacted management and they responded with come back and I will show you how to get in.... we travel all over the US and I assure you, if it were possible we would do it ourselves. No thanks.

When we arrived, we attempted to connect, but our electric connection for the site was being used by the next door neighbor. The neighbor was using ours because his site electric connection was broken. By this time it's nearly dark, and we had to move to another site. The manager somehow forgot the electric connection was broken. Also the neighbor's sewer connection was poor and reeked heavily. We did inform the manager. After a couple of days, the neighbor's sewer connection was repaired. But because of our experience, I do not recommend this RV park.
