Refund Policy

All Reservations:

-No refunds for cancelations within 90 days of reservation.

-Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival warrants a 100% credit. Credits expire 12 months after the original reservation is cancelled.

_ No refunds on early departures. 

_ No refunds to be given and early departure required for any customer that checks in under neglect or willful disregard of 55+ policy conditions.
