Refund Policy

Surf Grove Campground does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!

Any cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled arrival  will result in a forfeiture of your entire payment. Cancellations received before this 7 day period are subject to a $35 cancellation fee, the remainder is to be refunded to the credit card on file.

For any reservations where an auto-payment applies to a remaining balance 119 days prior to arrival, If the automatic charge cannot be processed, the reservation will be canceled should the final payment not be received within 14 days of the attempted charge. A standard $35 cancellation fee will apply.

Any dropped nights within the 7 day period prior to your arrival will result in a forfeiture of payment for each night dropped. In the occasion that a night is dropped and it causes a reservation to be less than our minimum night stay, this will result in a forfeiture of payment for this dropped night. Any nights dropped outside of the 7 days prior to arrival that do not result in your stay becoming less than our minimum required stay are eligible for a full refund.

In the case of any no-shows or early departures, guests will still be responsible for the full amount of their reservation.

Cancellations will only be accepted by email to info@surfgrove.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

During any major global issues the guest ackknowleges you are travelling at your own risk knowing fully that travel restrictions and provincial changes can be made any time. If any changes are made municipally, provincially, or federally that prevent you from travelling you accept that our standard cancellation policy still applies.

Reservations modified after booking must continue to satisfy all booking requirements at the time of modification. This includes seasonal minimum stays, arrival and departure restrictions, occupancy limits and other operational requirements.

Rental RV reservations may not be modified if the requested change would result in a one-night gap in the campground reservation calendar during our peak season.
