*Payment must be completed online before check-in
Tire Park/Hammock: Opens at 9 AM – Closes at 8 PM. Parents are responsible for their children anywhere in the campground. Use at your own risk. Swift Creek Resort will not be held accountable for any accidents or injuries to persons, or acts of God.
Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets anywhere they may relieve themselves on campground property. Pets are subject to an additional charge of $3.00 per pet.
Garbage: Please do not attract wild animals. Your campsite must be kept clean at all times. Dispose of all garbage in the designated garbage bins located throughout the campground.
Fires: Please keep fires to a regulated size of 0.5 meters x 0.5 meters. Never leave fires unattended. DO NOT move fire pits. Only burn wood or paper products in fire pits. Keep fire pits clean. Fires must be fully extinguished at night. Swift Creek Resort reserves the right to extinguish any fire at its discretion.
Picnic Tables: DO NOT place cookstoves or cooking equipment on picnic tables.
Swift Creek: NO people or dogs are permitted in the creek. Do not scale the creek bank or climb rocks along the creek edge. All salmon spawning regulations must be obeyed. Fines may be issued for any disturbance of salmon or their habitat.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music and noise levels low so that only your own campsite can hear them. DO NOT cut, carve, notch, or nail anything into trees.
Facilities: Swift Creek Resort is upgrading its campground facilities, and beginning May 1, 2026, we can offer flush toilets, hot showers, and dishwashing sinks for campers' use at Site 25. These upgrades are designed to provide a more comfortable and convenient camping experience. Please contact campground staff for access or assistance when needed.
SECURITY NOTE: Please secure all valuables and coolers at night. Swift Creek Resort is not responsible for fire, theft, vandalism, accidents to persons or property, or acts of God.
Swift Creek Resort - Waiver of Liability
I/We hereby waive, release and forever discharge Swift Creek Resort, operated by GoRockyCamp Ltd. ("Swift Creek Resort"), its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur, including but not limited to those caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water- or land-related accidents, natural events, or any other occurrences or mishaps.
I/We are present of our own free will and entirely at our own risk. I/We understand that such injuries or outcomes may arise from my/our own actions or negligence, the actions or negligence of others, conditions of the premises, the use of amenities offered at the premises, or travel to and from the premises. Nonetheless, I/We knowingly and voluntarily assume all related risks, both known and unknown.
Swift Creek Resort is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I/We fully understand that this document is a release of liability and agree to voluntarily waive any right I/We may otherwise have to bring legal action against Swift Creek Resort for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever, including claims arising from negligence on the part of Swift Creek Resort, its agents, or employees.
This waiver and release of liability shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of my/our presence at the premises.
I/We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Swift Creek Resort against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise, brought by me/us or by anyone on my/our behalf, including attorneys' fees and any related costs.
