Teaberry Hill RV Campground Policies & Rules

General:

  1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.

  2. Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Park harmless from and indemnify Park against the same.

  3. The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages the guest causes during their stay.

  6. The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

    1. Maximum 6 total people allowed per RV site. A nightly charge of $10 applies for adults or teenagers beyond the second per night.

  7. Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.

Security:

  1. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Pet Policy:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.

  2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.

  3. There is a 3 pet limit in the Park. 

  4. Pets may not be left outside unattended.

  5. Guests are responsible to "clean up" after their pets.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled will receive a camp credit to use for a one time reschedule for the present season, or the following season.

  • Call to cancel your reservation 828-479-3953

  • No shows and early departures receive no credit.
