We kindly ask all guests to follow these policies to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Speed Limit:
Please maintain a speed limit of 5 MPH throughout the property (including ATVs and motorcycles). Avoid revving engines and drive carefully, as children may be playing nearby.

Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 12:00 Noon

  • All guests must stop at the office or camp host upon arrival.

  • Early check-in may be available for an additional $25 fee; please contact the resort office on the morning of your arrival to confirm availability. Late check-out may also be available for an additional $25 fee; check with the resort office on your departure day for availability.

  • Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of their scheduled check-in time and have not made prior arrangements with resort staff will be considered a no-show, and their deposit will be forfeited.

  • Upon arrival, please stop at the Office. If you arrive afterhours and the office is closed, please find your reservation information located on the front door mailbox. If you have questions, please see the Camp Host located on site #35 (Sierra RV).

Day Visitors / Guest Policy:

  • Visitors not staying overnight must pay a $15/person day-use fee.

  • Group Day Pass reservations qualify for group discount.

  • Please note that refunds will not be issued due to pool closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All guests must check in at the office before using park amenities.

Office Hours/Camp Store:

Summer Hours (May-Oct): Closed Sunday. Monday-Saturday 9am -7pm. Winter Hours (Nov-April): Closed Sun & Mon. Open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day and keep noise to a minimum. The use of generators is not permitted on the property, unless prior approval from management is granted.

Vehicle Policy:

  • Truck & Trailer or RV & vehicle attached is considered one vehicle per campsite.

  • Each additional vehicle/trailer is $5/day.

  • Pressure regulatory are required for all RVs. We have some available for sale in the Main office.

  • No vehicle maintenance, oil changes, or radiator flushing on property.

  • No washing of vehicles, motorcycles, or ATVs on the property.

  • Please park in designated parking areas only. No vehicles, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, bikes, mats, or rugs allowed on the grass.

Pet Policy & Dog Park Use:

Our resort is happy to welcome your furry companions, but we expect all pet owners to ensure their animals are well-behaved and respectful of other guests.

You are fully responsible for cleaning up after your pet immediately. When outside, pets must always remain on a leash and under your control. Crucially, pets may never be left unattended outdoors, even if they are leashed or confined to your site. For walks, please use only the designated pet areas or the south hill above the campground. There is a three-pet limit per reservation, and all animals must be current on vaccinations, with proof available if requested.

A one-time $15 pet maintenance fee is applied to all bookings, which covers access to the dog park. Please note: strictly NO PETS ALLOWED; in our vintage rv's and cabin. An automatic $250 fine will be issued.

If management determines your pet is disruptive, aggressive, or poses a risk to others, you may be asked to control the animal or remove it from the property entirely. Failing to comply can result in the immediate termination of your reservation and eviction from the resort without any refund. Finally, if you did not add your pets during the initial booking, you must notify the office upon check-in.

Fires:

Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits. No fires permitted during county-issued fire bans. Please check with front desk. Tents and flammable materials must remain at least 10 feet from fire pits.

Emergency:

Dial 911 in case of an emergency. Guests must comply with all resort staff instructions during an emergency.

Children & Playground Use:

Equipment is for children 12 and under only. Individuals over 15 may not use the equipment but may supervise younger children. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult, as required by state law.

Swimming Pool Rules:

  • No lifeguard on duty.

  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, under 14 must be supervised.

  • No smoking, cigarettes, cigars or glass permitted in the pool area.

  • No food or drinks inside the pool water.

  • Swimwear is required, no street clothes are allowed.

Smoking Policy:
In accordance with the Utah Clean Air Act, there is no smoking inside any building or within 25 feet of any structure including propane fill up station and swimming pool.

ATV Trailers & Additional Vehicles:

  • Extra trailers and vehicles will incur additional fees and must be disclosed with front office at the time of check-in.

  • ATV trailers must be parked at the back of the property after unloading. If you need assistance, please contact front desk or camp host.

  • Park ATVs on gravel or dirt. ATVs are for in/out travel only—no cruising within the park.

  • No one under 12 may drive an ATV inside the park.

Laundry Room:

Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All laundry must be removed by 7:00 PM. Items left unattended more than 30 minutes after a cycle end may be removed.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS

All guests are required to comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession and ownership of firearms and other weapons. Firearms and other dangerous weapons are not permitted on the property. However, if allowed by local law, guests who legally own a firearm may store it securely in a locked, private vehicle in designated parking areas.

The discharge, use, display, or handling of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar weapons is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the resort without a refund.

Photography & Media Use

By entering the facility, guests grant Temple Ridge RV & Campground permission to capture photos and videos of the property, its amenities, and activities for use in marketing and promotional materials (like the website, social media, and advertising).

The campground commits to using these images responsibly and will ensure they are not misleading, inappropriate, or harmful.

If a guest prefers not to be photographed or filmed, they must notify the staff at check-in, and the campground will make a reasonable effort to respect that request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  •  All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

  • 30 Days or More Notice: You will receive a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

  • 14 to 29 Days Notice: You will receive a refund, minus the charge for one night's stay.

  • 13 Days or Less Notice (Including No-Shows): No refund will be issued.

The park also requests that you always notify us via email if you need to cancel, even at the last minute. That way, our team won't waste time waiting for you to show up. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Liability Disclaimer

These rules apply to everyone at our resorts (guests, residents, visitors, etc.). By staying here, you agree to follow them. Temple Ridge RV & Campground, its owners, and management are not responsible for any losses, injuries, theft, fire, accidents, playground accidents, swimming pool accidents or other damage to guests or their property.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest immediately, without providing a refund, for: Violating any posted rules, engaging in unsafe behavior, causing a disturbance to others.

No refunds will be given if a stay is cut short due to: The guest choosing to leave early (voluntary departure). The guest being removed by resort management, law enforcement, or a court order (eviction). Circumstances beyond the resort's control, such as acts of nature.

These Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.
