Refund Policy

No refunds on any monthly guest departure after the 15th of the month. No refunds for early weekly guest departures.  

Deposit is refunded if current with ALL charges upon move-out. Refunds are less any electrical charges and/or clean-up fee for removing items left at your space, including cigarette butts and dog waste.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from departure.
