The Boast House RV Park is a small six space RV Park with lots of grassy areas and trees for shade. If you enjoy peaceful atmospheres, this is your place. You'll be located between Rockport, Corpus Christi, and Mustang Island. Recent renovations include glow rock curbing, an excellent underground drainage system, as well as limestone spaces and a driveway. The park is a 1/2 acre in size, providing individual green space for every area. It also features an abundance of trees. Book your spot today.

    Back-In Full Hookup RV Site with Concrete Pad

    Both concrete pads offer easier back in as they are in line with the entry gates. These sites are partially shaded and have greenspace. 10-inch concrete curbing that lightly glows on three sides after dusk has been recently added. The Boat House RV Park also has new drainage at each space and in the lane that drains into a 6-inch French drainpipe. This new system quickly moves water out of the park during heavy rains. SPACE ONE is set slightly away from the other sites. Greenspace is available on both sides to maximize use of this space. Easy back in from the second entry to the park from FM1069. SPACE THREE has the widest pad at 19 feet as well as a mature tree for shade. Easy back in from the first entry to the park from FM1069. Each paid guest registration covers one RV per site and two vehicles per site unless noted and agreed upon.

    These are level hardpacked limestone-graveled sites and have 10-inch concrete curbing that lightly glows on three sides after dusk. The Boat House RV Park also has new drainage at each space and in the lane that drains into a 6-inch French drain. This new system quickly moves water out of the park during heavy rains. SPACE TWO is set within a canopy of trees. It is great for campers and smaller motorhomes that are of an average height or less. Many guests who stay here call it a “little oasis”. SPACE FOUR is easy to back into from the first entry gate. Greenspace on both sides to maximize use of this space. SPACE FIVE is set off from the other spaces at an angle. This allows for more greenspace and distance between other spaces. SPACE SIX is partially shaded by a small grove of trees. It offers greenspace on both sides. Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and two vehicles per site unless noted and agreed upon

    Site had a gravel parking area, which was nice. Water and power was nice too! If you don’t have an RV there is no bathroom and the road noise was loud. Recommendation to use the Portland Community Center for showering/bathroom is a wonderful place. But it is a bit of a drive.

    The place was clean, but didn't realize it was so close to major highway. Cars were VERY loud all night long. That's not really the owners fault, but I feel like the pictures made it look like this was a little more secluded. Otherwise it was ok and close to Walmart and other shops.
