Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and strive to offer flexibility whenever possible. 

Cancellations for campground reservations are issued as a credit toward a future stay, allowing you to reschedule your visit for a later date.

Credit amounts are based on the timing of your cancellation: 

• More than 30 days prior to your arrival: 
  • Receive a credit for 75% of your total reservation cost
• 15-30 days prior to arrival: 
  • Receive a credit for 50% of your total reservation cost
• 7-14 days prior to arrival: 
  • Receive a credit for 25% of your total reservation cost
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 
  • Reservations are non-refundable
