Great campspot near Roosevelt National Park. Clean and quiet. We had everything we needed!

The addition of picnic tables would be great. Otherwise the camp is neat, clean and quiet.

Good WiFi, good location to Theodore Rosevelt Park, but…. Very dusty with the red gravel roads and sites.

Quiet, close to the national park, and convenient for shopping in Dickinson. Clean, and good cell service.

Spacious sites, beautiful scenery and everything felt very safe. First time we have stayed at a “do it yourself” campground. There needs to be more of these!!

The park is nice and clean , For the money there should be bathrooms and showers available.

The campground was well groomed and quiet.

Tried to contact them with a question via phone and email and got no response.also the sewer line is very far away from where the trailer is parked.

Exactly as advertised, level, and near Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

It was easy to make reservations and check in. It’s a no frills campground, yet perfect location to Theodore Roosevelt NP, South and North Units, Painted Canyon and Fort Union Trading Post. Definitely will stay there again if in the area

Campsite was fine although prairie dog infestation around the campsites was noted.

Great spot for overnight while traveling. Not much in town, and no shower/toilet room but good lot for one night.

Great little campground for our purpose. We did end up leaving a day early due to horrible weather coming our way.

No bathrooms, no showers, no office, noisy barking dogs.

The actual stay was surprisingly comfortable. We enjoyed the area and the actual campground was pleasant, albeit no frills but we didn't need frills so keep that in mind and it's a fine place to stay, quiet and friendly people. My only cautionary statement has to do with reservations. I scheduled a 2 night stay months ago by selecting my site and paying an additional price to "lock it in" guaranteeing the specific site I chose. I chose it for a reason and could have had my pick of almost any site. Guests select and pay for a site specific reason, why else would you even offer the service. So, about a week before our stay I was double checking the reservation and noticed that the site number had changed, reugardless of the fact that I had "locked it in" with an additional although nominal fee. I called and left a message, was told they would call back soon. They didn't. I found a reference to an email address which I tried to email. My email was returned twice. Finally I decided to cancel that reservation and pick a different site but the system for some unknown reason would not allow it. So I called again and finally got through. I simply told the person on the phone I had a reservation to cancel and he complied until he realized I had 2 and he had canceled the wrong one. I had not intended to even bring up the reason but at that point was forced to and to my surprise he was aware that they had changed the site number I had "locked in" because someone else wanted that site for a longer time frame. That's not an acceptable business practice and at this point I voiced my frustration which I believe was understandable. This young man proceeded to tell me to calm down which was completely out of line. I didn't raise my voice or curse and I assured him that I was calm, thank you very much. I was switched to a different site of my choosing and all turned out well but the shady business practice of charging for a service then having no intention of honoring it is unacceptable as is the suggestion that I needed to calm down just because I called him out on it, complaining about services charged but not rendered. All I can say is watch your reservations. The place was fine but the management practices are suspect.

Campground was quiet. Easy access to Theodore Roosevelt Park from here. Nearby gas stations and restaurant. There were no showers or restroom but we are self contained so didn't matter.
