By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sun Communities for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sun Communities from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sun Communities may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sun Communities reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Reconstruction Disclaimer:

Guest understands they are making a reservation on a resort that is currently going through some reconstruction after Hurricane Ian, some amenities may not be open. Guest also understand they may experience periodic emergency power outages, surge protectors are required. Sun does not accept any responsibility for any damages to a guests RV, travel Trailer, motor coach, etc.

Booking Fees

Online/Web reservations: I agree to pay the Booking Fee, which will appear as an additional charge on my credit card.  This fee may be refundable according to the Booking Fee Cancellation Policy. This fee supports Campspot's commitment to providing a safe and secure booking experience through its industry-leading platform in order to secure your reservation. This fee includes applicable taxes. which may vary based on billing address. 

Phone & In person reservations: A booking fee, plus applicable tax, supports the administrative costs of processing your reservation through our guest services teams.
