The Lakes Resort is a beautiful park offering a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. The RV sites are spacious and level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous, with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and space for everyone. The whole vibe is cheerful and energetic. I wish they had more options for people with dogs; the public areas weren't very dog-friendly. There is no place you can take your dog, as three lakes are available on the property for them to splash around. Dogs are allowed only at your campsite, on a leash, or in the small fenced-in Dog Park, which is located in the direct sun and offers no dog ramps or activities. They are expanding with several proposed sites. The golf cart rental is excellent!!! I look forward to visiting again.
