This campground was a perfect weekend getaway and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We utilized every hiking trail, the peddleboats, and showers. We nearly completed the scavenger hunt, we got 10 out of 12. We rented a grill and purchased over 20 bags of wood, but with the wood wet and the fire pit with 7" of wet ash, we never got to grill on the fire. The showers are free and if you're patient, they get hot. Since there are only 10 tent sites, the bathrooms are rarely used and clean. Its just a shame that every bathroom is so far from the tent sites. They are nestled among the RV sites which is odd because they tend to have bathrooms. We expect to visit again but with our own portable toilet. *we did have an adult RV neighbor who invited herself onto our tent site through a bush line behind our tent, im grateful that we were on site to discourage her snooping*
