  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional fees

  • No arrivals after 10:00 PM without prior arrangement with hosts

RV HOOKUP USAGE POLICY — The Retreat at High Rock

Our 7 full-hookup RV sites offer power, sewer, and water at every spot. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Power:

  • Each site provides 30/50 amp electrical hookups — know your RV's power requirements before connecting

  • Use only supplied electrical pedestals — no extension cords to neighboring sites permitted

  • The Retreat is not responsible for electrical damage resulting from improper connections

  • Report any electrical issues to on-site hosts immediately — do not attempt to repair yourself

Water:

  • Potable water hookups provided at every site — use supplied hose connections only

  • Water must not be wasted — running water unattended is strictly prohibited

  • Do not use water hookups for vehicle washing without prior approval from hosts

Sewer:

  • Each site has a dedicated sewer inlet — connect using standard sewer hose only

  • Dumping of black or grey water anywhere other than your site's designated sewer inlet is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal from property without refund

  • Ensure sewer hose is properly sealed at all times to prevent spills or odors

  • Do not flush non-biodegradable items — wipes, paper towels, feminine products are strictly prohibited from sewer system

General RV Site Rules:

  • Maximum one RV unit per site — no doubling up

  • Slide-outs must remain within your designated site boundaries

  • Generators permitted 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM only — strictly no generator use during quiet hours

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — strictly enforced

  • Campfires in designated fire pits only — never leave unattended

  • All vehicles must remain on designated gravel pads — driving on grass or landscaped areas prohibited

  • Maximum speed on property roads: 5 MPH at all times

  • Site must be left clean upon departure — failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee charged to card on file

  • Any damage to hookup infrastructure, pedestals, or site amenities will be billed to the responsible guest

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours strictly enforced 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Music, loud gatherings, and excessive noise prohibited during quiet hours

Pets

  • Pets welcome but must be leashed at all times

  • Pet owners responsible for cleanup — waste stations provided

  • Aggressive animals not permitted on property

  • Maximum 2 pets per site

Guests & Visitors

  • Registered guests only permitted on property after 10:00 PM

  • Day visitors must depart by 9:00 PM

  • Maximum occupancy per site strictly enforced

Fires

  • Campfires permitted in designated fire pits only

  • Never leave fires unattended

  • Fires must be fully extinguished before sleeping or departing

  • No ground fires permitted

Alcohol

  • Alcohol permitted for guests of legal drinking age

  • No glass containers outside cabin/tent areas

Cleanliness & Waste

  • All trash must be bagged and deposited in designated waste areas

  • Dumping of grey or black water anywhere other than designated sewer hookups strictly prohibited

  • Property must be left in clean condition upon departure

Liability

  • The Retreat at High Rock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property

  • Guests enter and use all facilities at their own risk

  • Owner reserves the right to remove any guest violating property rules without refund

Property Damage

  • Any damage to property, facilities, or equipment will be charged to the guest's card on file

  • A security deposit may be required at check-in

Host Communication

  • On-site hosts available for assistance during daylight hours

  • Emergency contact available 24/7 via phone

BATHHOUSE RULES — The Retreat at High Rock

All guests using the bathhouse facilities are expected to treat this shared space with respect and courtesy toward fellow guests.

  • Bathhouse Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily

  • Shoes must be worn in the bathhouse at all times

  • Shower rooms are first-come, first-served — please limit shower time to 15 minutes during peak hours

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the bathhouse — The Retreat is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • All trash must be disposed of in provided waste bins — do not leave garbage in shower rooms or restrooms

  • Bathhouse must be left clean after use — please report any cleanliness issues to on-site hosts immediately

  • No food or beverages permitted inside the bathhouse

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

  • Smoking, vaping, and alcohol strictly prohibited inside the bathhouse

  • Any damage to bathhouse facilities will be charged to the responsible guest's card on file

  • Laundry room tokens/access available through on-site hosts — one load per site per day during peak season

  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns immediately to on-site hosts
