Very clean, very nice RV campground. Well maintained, nice mature trees (in our area of camp, anyway)

Very nice place, well kept playground, and I’m sure the swimming area is a blast in the summer! Clean place and friendly staff!

Pristine location with lake views, and quality service! Upon departure, we accidentally left our drill and an onsite park host caught up to us and returned the items…before exiting the park! Great customer service through and through!

The check in process was quick and easy. Spots were spacious and the amenities are great. Clean showers and bathrooms. Dont forget the poles! We had a pad that was pretty beat up but it seems 90% of their pads are concrete and are actively repairing the asphalt ones. Can’t wait to come back!

Wow! This is one of the best RV parks I ever found. Not only is it nestled super close to the wonderful downtown Grapevine main street but the park itself is a beauty. Staff is so sweet and helpful , we have had several family members spend time with us while we stay at the park just to also enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Stayed several times and will definitely be back.

Normally this is a 5 star, but no hot water in the camp showers (really just outdated shower mechanics for the price paid here) on cold days cost a star. Great place to relax though.
