No one gave us the bathroom code & impossible to get any response from phone numbers after hours. Finally a day later someone responded to a text. And also hard to get the password for the internet also. Another camper had to give me some ideas & finally got that figured out. They should both have been in an email to us with our confirmation. It did not work out well for us.

We called for firewood but got voicemail, with no return call.

We like the campground & the host# was always answered right away & got the info we needed. Thr camp reservation site showed sites already taken as available? That part was confusing.

Terrible! Didn’t even actually stay. Never got the code for the bathroom/showers since they lock the doors after 10pm. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Ended up leaving after sitting there for almost 2 hours!

The Tourist Park is subpar but it adjoins the LB Hartz Park that is quite nice. We were quite disappointed regarding the lot we reserved for many reasons but the host discovered us and assigned us a lot that suited our motor home perfectly. She was very kind, alert and helpful, thank you. Without her intervention we would have driven on.

No fire ring at my sight- NO ONE TO CONTACT?!?!? Camp hosts are where? Another camper offered me theirs becuz they have emphasema and can't enjoy a fire at night. A family with young children pulled in one evening .but bathrooms were locked snd they asked me for the code to help them- I had no idea? Not in my confirmation email - not anywhere. I felt so bad for them. I ytectesb5he numne4 on the bathroom- it says for access to campers text this number...that was Wednesday- never did hear back from anyone BUT- mt works schedule changed and I was able to stay one more night ( campground was deserted almost) and in the afternoon suddenly a camp host woman aopeared and marched over and was stearn and abruasive that I had not PAID for my 1 extra night. I offered to pay her cash and she said she doesn't accept cash snd quickly walked away and charged it to my credit card that I had paid the entire week with! If it wasn't for the solitude I badly needed, and the river in the distance - I would stay somewhere else. Last year the campground hosts were wonderful and friendly!!

Need to update the information on website .hard to use The posted phone number for host did not work. Washrooms are vary clean and well kept up.

Online reservations, nice lots & great shower/restroom facility.

The Men's Shower was not very clean. There was a dirty towel left in one shower stall. There was excessive hair in that shower stall. Another stall did not have a shower curtain. There were 3 large dogs at Site 46 that barked constantly & nothing was ever done about it, either by the owner of the dogs or anyone in charge at the campground. There is a public path close to Site 46 & people were afraid to walk by because these dogs, although they were tied up, still lunged at children & adults as they walked or rode by on their bikes. We have camped at this campground for many years but we will not return as long as the people at Site 46 are allowed to stay. I should point out that the people renting Site 46 are there for the whole season. We encountered the same situation in June.
