Essential Guidelines for Guests

Introduction

Welcome to Tier 4 Motel and RV Park. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and abide by the following hotel policies. These guidelines are designed to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
  • Pets are allowed only with pet fee ($25) and credit card on file for any mishaps. Service animals are permitted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 1 week prior to the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.
  • No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the first night's room rate.
  • Non-refundable and discounted bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash.
  • Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.

Guest Behavior

  • No smoking is permitted in hotel rooms or indoor public areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff and refrain from disruptive behavior.

Room Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy per room is limited according to room type and local regulations.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

Damages and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Safety and Security

  • No open flames in rooms… NO candles!
  • Cooking is NOT allowed in the rooms other than use of the microwave.
  • Please lock your door when inside your room.
  • Report any suspicious activity or emergencies to the front desk immediately.

Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for reservation and service purposes.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
