CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
You MUST be at least 18 years of age or older with proof of I.D., to book at Tillison Bend Campground LLC.  
At check-in, your I.D. needs to be presented and WILL BE COPIED for the campgrounds records. 
ALL Reservations MUST have a credit card on file, even if the reservation is paid for in cash. This is for the safety and well being of the campground.
Taxes and Processing fees will be added to each reservation.
Check-in time: 2:00-9:00 pm.(If arriving outside of this time, Please call ahead at 256-952-2109 to make arrangements)
Check out is at 11:00 am (Fees may apply for late checkout)

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Speed Limits are to be maintained for the safety of all guests. The speed limit for ALL vehicles is 5 mph and is strictly enforced by ALL staff. If we receive any kind of complaint, by a customer or employee, that you were exceeding this speed, you will be given ONE warning.  On the second offense, you will be asked to leave, without any type of refund. 
 
⚠️NO TRASH IS TO BE "OUTSIDE OF YOUR SITE" AT ANY TIME. Your campsite is to be kept cleaned at all times, including any and all trash🗑️.
You are responsible for taking out and removing all trash.  
(We have dumpsters on the right hand side of the road as you go out of the gate to which all trash is to be thrown inside of🚮.)⚠️

⚠️🗑️"NO TRASH IS TO BE BURNED IN THE FIRE PITS🔥". ⚠️ 
IF you are seen or caught burning "ANY TRASH" or if there is trash left in the burn pit during your departure, there "WILL BE A $50 CHARGE ADDED TO YOUR BILL" for cleaning fees. 
⚠️Fire rings are NOT to be moved! There will be a $50 fee added to the card on file if the fire ring is relocated from its original spot.⚠️
⚠️🔥Campfires permitted in designated fire pits ONLY. Do NOT leave fires unattended. All fires must be extinguished before leaving the site.

⚠️ONLY WOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE BURNED⚠️.

We do sell wood for the fire pits at the store during normal business hours. During a dry season or a "no burn order". Fires may be temporarily banned. (notices will be displayed) 

PARKING PASSES, WRISTBANDS AND EXTRA GUEST:
🅿️ Parking passes must be clearly displayed in all vehicles in the rearview mirror upon registering in the campground office.🅿️
🚗Only (2) vehicles per campsite- Additional vehicles must be approved by the manager on duty and will be an additional $4.00 per vehicle per day/night.🚗
You will be given Wristbands at check in.  These bands are to be worn during your ENTIRE stay. You may be asked to leave the premises IF a person fails to wear their wristband, INLCUDING the pool area.  If for some reason you cannot wear your wristband, please be sure to notify the front desk immediately at check in.
If you lose or break your wristband, please go to the front desk to replace it, at a $6.00 cost.
Additional guests who want to join you during your stay must come to the office 1st to purchase a wristband. Costs for extra guests is $10.00 per person, per day.  IF a person is caught in the campground or at your site, without a wristband, YOU may be asked to leave, without any refund.

CANCELLATIONS: We have a 10-day notice, cancellation requirement. If the reservation is canceled less than 10 days before your start date, you will NOT be refunded the deposit.

Early Departures: We do NOT offer any refunds/ account credits/rain checks for early departures. 

Late Arrivals: We are aware unfortunate things do happen! Due to an emergency, we ask that you notify the office of any late arrival times. We can then leave your information in the outside box, to the right of the front doors at the office.

A refund is not given for inclement weather, early departure, or any mechanical failure of equipment. No credit will be given for unused days. 

Campsites are designated as a single unit site- 1 RV per site. Rates are based on (5) people over the age of 3. There is an additional $6.00 charge for anyone above the designated number. 

Gray water and waste matter discharged onto sites is PROHIBITED. The use of the septic hook up is for this purpose.

A camping unit is a motor home, camping trailer, converted bus, or pop-up. It must be in good working order and have a neat appearance. The manager has full discretion in this matter.

Campers must safely place and level their camping unit on the assigned site without infringing upon neighboring sites. All camper's items must be within the assigned site.

Nails/Screws in trees or any of the campground materials/equipment is strictly PROHIBITED!

BATHHOUSE: 
The bathhouses are NOT for children to play in. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
NO smoking in the bathhouse, laundry room, pool, or office.
NO CLEANING FISH IN THE BATHHOUSE.
The bathhouse is for bathing or using the restroom ONLY.
⚠️DO NOT BE LOITERING IN BATHHOUSE.⚠️
If you use the bathhouse, YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! 
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items.

PETS:
We are a Pet friendly resort and welcome pets within your campsite area. 
⚠️All pets must remain on a leash, at all times, while in the campground. 
PLEASE CLEAN UP after your furry friend(s). We have waste bag stations around the park to help you when needed. This will not only allow us to STAY a pet friendly campground BUT, will help keep our place clean and enjoyable for everyone. Help do your part!  If seen NOT picking up after your pet, you will be required to pay a $25.00 fine(which will be charged to the card on file) and/or forced to have your pet removed from the premises.⚠️
⚠️NO animal is to be left on your site unattended, tied to any trees, structures, posts, etc.
 NO animals are allowed in the pool area, bathhouse, buildings, or laundry room for any reason. (Please see the office if you require a service animal.)
Loud or vicious animals are prohibited. Pets that become a threat or noise issue will have to be removed from the campground.⚠️
Please respect the cleanliness of each site. 
A $50 charge will be added to your reservations if you have pets in a cabin or rental camper.
  
Sites may be reserved for up to thirty (30) consecutive days. (Campsites may be renewed after the 30-day registration with owners approval)
We do require half down to continue to block or hold a particular site for the future and the remaining balance will be charged (8) days prior to your reservation.

NO mail is allowed to be sent to the campground. Any mail that is delivered to the campground will be marked "Return to sender".

CAMPSITES MAY NOT BE USED AS PERMANENT RESIDENCE.

Do NOT drive through, ride across, or walk through other guests’ sites. 

The following will apply when dock construction is complete:
The boat launch is a courtesy dock and is for registered campers ONLY. All other users must pay a $5.00 fee at the campground office and have a parking pass on their rear-view mirror. 

ONLY (1) picnic table per site. Please do not move tables around to other sites. All tables must remain in the same place as found upon arrival.

No decks are allowed on sites. 
No refrigerators or freezers outdoors. 
No permanent structures, fences, or excessive amounts of flags or lights are allowed. 
No items should be placed on a campsite that gives the appearance of being a permanent site. 

⚠️Campers/Monthly campers are responsible for winterizing their water systems. Failure to do so may result in a $200.00 damage fee.⚠️

The Pool hours are as follows:
Sunday-Thursday: 9am-9pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-10pm
There are NO lifeguards provided for the pool or lake. You are responsible for your children, family and/or self. Swim at your own risk. 
We are NOT responsible for any injuries that may occur on our campground. ALL visitors enter and use the facilities, at their own risk.
NO child under the age of 13 years old is allowed at the pool without an adult supervision.
Please do NOT put rocks, mud, or outside materials in our pool or hot tub. This causes a major problem for our cleaning system.(DO NOT GET IN THE POOL IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE LAKE, WITHOUT WASHING!)
This is a family establishment: cursing, rude behavior, or inappropriate actions will NOT be tolerated at the pool or campground.
 Loud, vulgar, or inappropriate music will NOT be tolerated. Please be mindful of other families and children.
The campground manager has full authority for judgement regarding interpretation and enforcement of these rules.

QUIET HOURS:
Sunday- Thursday: 10PM-6AM 
Friday, Saturday, holidays, and any evening before a holiday: 11PM-6AM.

NO discharging of firearms or weapons allowed.
NO fireworks allowed on the premises. 
NO ILLEGAL products or drugs are to be on the premises of any kind.

ALL items underneath the camper/RV MUST fit in a box/tote.

Please make sure to leave your rental area clean and neat. (Failure to leave campsite clean will result in a $50.00 clean up fee and WILL be charged to the card on file.) If you are asked to leave the campground due to not following the rules, you will NOT receive a refund of any kind. 

The rental fee is to be paid up front. This is for daily, weekly, or monthly sites. If you are a Monthly camper, your fee must be paid within 7 days of the due date. Failure to pay will result in a $10.00 late fee along with a $5.00 per day fee each day after the 7-day grace period. NO REFUNDS will be made after the site is occupied.

Tillison Bend Campground is operated in a family manner and all campers or visitors should conduct themselves accordingly. Disorderly conduct, threatening behavior, belligerence, drugs, or too much alcohol may result in immediate removal of the tenant. If you are asked to leave for any reason, your payment will NOT be refunded.
