The best camp site I’ve ever stayed at Friendliest people , nestled in the beautiful eye catching tall trees. My toddler loved this campsite. Nice beach , fishing and boating everything a lake has to offer is available here. Owners are the best!!

I love this campground. It’s got a quiet, casual feel but there’s also plenty going on down by the lake. I’ve been here a few times. I’ve tent camped and stayed in the full hook up area but this last time I stayed in the water electric site and I loved it.

Great people and nice campground! My daughter fell in the fire pit the first night we were there, and the gracious staff compensated us and gave her a free T-shirt. (We were not expecting it at all!) I look forward to being able to go back and hopefully enjoy the beach, lake, and play set!

We stayed for a weekend at Timber Surf and we enjoyed our time there. Very quiet and secluded spot, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Ludington. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don’t allow dogs in the lake. The water heater on our camper wasn’t working properly and so we had to use the shower house. The shower stalls were super small and the changing stall doors were so short, I felt like someone could easily walk in and see me. Other than those two things, we had a fun weekend. They also have paddle board and kayaks available for rent at a very reasonable price. Their camp store has everything you could possibly ever need. Both the staff and seasonal residents were super nice!

Very friendly owners and the seasonal people are so friendly. We had a great time kayaking everyday. The beach was disappointing ( there isn't really one) that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But a great campground none the less!

It’s a very nice little campground that’s pretty quiet! Fire wood is very reasonable $4 a bundle.
