Nice park - Tina manager was wonderful - the park is under newer ownership - hoping new owners will invest in making this a 5 - Star campground!

We never got there. It was further away then it said when I booked it.

We had a really nice overnight stay at Timberline. Nice level FHU pull through. Quiet night. Enjoyed our visit with host Veronica in the morning! Will stay again whenever we come through!

The people, the man that cuts the lawn, helped us find our spot and shined his light from his golf cart so we could see to set up. Friendly atmosphere.

Great campground. Spoke a lot with staff. They were very helpful and positive about the changes and upgrades happening. Mini golf was dilapidated but we loved everything else. Will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our tent site (7) for a 2 night stay at Timberline Campground. The women's bathroom closest to us had 2 stalls, 2 showers and one sink. It was well stocked and clean. One stall broke while we were there and it was fixed before we left so very quick. The store is closed on Tuesdays and that was our main day there so we had to go to a gas station for firewood since we ran out but that's not their fault. The outlet at our site was different so you would need an adapter, which they sell at the store for $10. The map says there is a jumping pillow but there is not one anymore. The pool and pool area was nice and clean. My kids loved it. The park area is older, one of the swings was broken and the big slide is metal and gets really hot. There is mini golf and gem mining but the store was closed the day we were there so we didn't use them. Golf carts are available for 80 the first day and 70 per day after that. We didn't rent one. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. We didn't use the laundry facilities but they looked nice and well maintained.

The spot I rented did not have electric.113. So I was moved way in back it was very unpleasant . I unpacked all my things hooked up and then had to move .

Our site didn’t have the 50amp electric box working and they knew that it wasn’t working for a week and did nothing about it. They were out of ice on Friday and Saturday on a busy holiday weekend wasn’t very good business either.

Got to the park late, no way to reach anyone to find our spot, wandered around for what seemed forever trying to use the map they provided that was not cleared, got rained on while trying to find the spot, food out there was nothing but a dirt path to the area, never did find our site, parked at site 1 which seemed to have hookups, turns out the electric pole had no hookup, and the water had no knob. We slept with no fan, slept only a few hours before our camper got to hot to be in. The office was not open until 10, I had called all week trying to ask some questions but all you get is the answering machine, we were too frustrated and aggravated to stay another nite so on about 4 hours of sleep I drove home 3 hours away which took us almost 5 hours to drive because I had to keep making stops because of fatigue.

Timberline is showing its age, but the folks are great and it has what you need for a stopover in the Peoria area. Pay close attention to where you are assigned at check in. The pull-throughs starting #113 are best -- level and close to the pool. For dining, don't miss Busy Corner nearby.

We had to move campsites due to backup coming out of the sewer cap on our site. Then when we emptied our tanks this morning at our new site the site in front of ours (no one was in that spot thankfully) overflowed sewage water.

Came in at 10 pm. Wasn't sure which site. There was a number that said I could text, no response. The next day it said the office opened at 10 am. Coulfn't find anyone at 10:15 am. Had plans to meet someone so went and also went to drop off tire for repair. They told me to move to 114. I did electric wouldn't work, so moved back to 113 which I had laready been on and the girl remembered they had been having electric issues on site 114 but the site is not marked so wasted lots of time. Plus units are on top of each other, small spaces.

other then smelling marijuana from our camping neighbors. There are eatables that can be use for medical purposes. It was a great time. They had a great band, Brandon Callaway and the whiskey renegades.
