You must be 18 years of age to reserve a campsite.  All campsites have designated sites marked with electric hookups at each site.  No more than one Camper/ RV  per site.  Two vehicles per site maximum under manager descretion.  Fires only allowed in above ground fire pits.  All campsites must have an adult present at all times (18 or older).   Children are not to be left alone on campsites.  All trash to be disposed of in proper trash recepticles on site.  All sewage and waste to be disposed of properly

(RV dump station available onsite).

Waiver of Liability: The undersigned waive, release and forever discharge Tipton County Event Center at the Fairgrounds & Campgrounds, Tipton County Commissions and it's affiliates, manager, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from personal or physical injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss of death and or property damage that may occur caused by theft, fire, vandalism, water or land related accidents, natural events or other occurrences or mishaps.  We are here of our own free will, and entirely at our own risk.  We understand that these injuries and outcomes may arise from our own negligence on the premises or the conditions of our use of the amenities offered by the Tipton County Fairgrounds, Event Center, and Campground. I fully understand the release of this liability.  I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise would bring legal action against the Tipton County Fairgrounds, Event Center, and Campground, for any personal injury or property damage.  This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence on the premises.

We agree to defend and hold harmless Tipton County Event Center at the Fairgrounds and Campgrounds, Tipton County Commissioners, along with any of the employees, board members, volunteers, staff members, against any claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney fees and other related costs.
