By accepting this reservation, the Guest agrees to the following:

Liability Waiver & Indemnification

Guest hereby waives, releases, and discharges, and covenants not to sue Tofield Golf Course and Campground LTD, its directors, employees, agents, and related persons, from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with the Guest’s use of the campground property or the golf course premises.

Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tofield Golf Course and Campground LTD, its directors, employees, agents, and related persons from all losses, claims, expenses, or demands (including legal fees) arising out of or related to Guest’s use of the property.

Guest is responsible for the conduct and safety of all persons in their party.

Management reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant, guest, or group for violation of campground policies or for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of others.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly campground. Pets must:

  • Be kept on a leash at all times

  • Be cleaned up after immediately

  • Not disturb other guests

Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive animals.

General Liability

Tofield Golf Course and Campground LTD shall not be held liable for:

  • Non-utilization of amenities or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Injury or damages howsoever caused while on the premises

Eviction

Management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for violation of campground policies or for conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Water Service

  • Each site (except the group site) has city water service.

  • This is the same water used in the clubhouse and throughout the Town of Tofield.

  • Water is tested regularly. Reports are available at:
    https://www.golftofield.ca/campgroundrules

  • Although tested regularly, the campground cannot guarantee water quality at all times.

  • Water is classified as NON-POTABLE and is used at the Guest’s own risk.

Sewer Service

  • Site 1 and Sites 7–20 are full-service (power, water, sewer).

  • There is no sewer dump station at the campground.

  • Dumping of grey or black tanks anywhere on campground property is strictly prohibited.

  • Sewer dumping is available at:

    • Co-Op across the highway

    • Town of Tofield Truck Fill

Metered Power (Long-Term Stays)

Sites 1 and 12 are designated metered sites.

  • Metered electricity rates generally apply to guests staying longer than 30 consecutive days, at management’s discretion.

  • Electricity is charged based on actual usage at a rate of $0.22 per kWh.

  • A $125 refundable electricity deposit is required at check-in for guests subject to metered billing.

  • Electricity usage will be invoiced separately based on meter readings.

  • The deposit may be applied to outstanding electricity charges.

  • Any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after final meter readings.

  • Any electricity charges exceeding the deposit are the responsibility of the Guest and are due upon invoicing.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds after check-in for:

  • Inclement weather

  • Failure to follow campground rules

  • Disorderly conduct

Management/Owner reserves discretion regarding all refunds.
