Location, location, location…Which is ideal! We ended up with fabulous weather for an October weekend.….There’s room for improvement in the campground. Construction of a new parking area was occurring, which damaged a few trees. ..Restrooms could be cleaner…Layout of campsites can be confusing on your first stay.

Love the park, but your pricing is getting fairly expensive. This will eventually drive your attendance down. We may or may not be back. Best of luck.

We loved the mature trees; the lots were well maintained; the location was perfect for our needs, and the lot prices were reasonable. Plus friendly staff!

We really enjoy Tourist Park. Been there many times. This year, the Internet was an issue. We stayed 7 nights. No wifi or tv. I whip we would have known ahead of time.

This campground was beautifully located adjacent to a park right on the lake. Lots of trees that gave it a very peaceful ambience. Two concerns: first we have a large fifth wheel and coming from the east to the west up Highway 41 the route took us through downtown Marquette which was difficult due to the traffic and the turns onto city streets. Second of the previously mentioned Park was being re-built so starting at 7 AM the backup beeping from the large equipment was very annoying. This should be only a temporary consideration however. Overall we enjoyed the stay. One other item, we would suggest not choosing a location next to the restroom/showers. The doors slammed closed when people use them which was very annoying.

This is very nice clean campground in the heart of Marquettte which was a plus for us. And yet it felt rustic . Full hookups also a plus ! The only drawback was the noise from the construction going on in the park and the factory that borders one side of the campground. The young people who seemed to be running the place where doing a great job !!
