RULES APPLICABLE TO SHORT-TERM RV RENTALS:

 

CHECK IN is at 2PM. With advance notice we may be able to accommodate an early arrival if the site is available.

LOCKBOX: combination padlock code for utilities connections for your site is # 0301

CHECK OUT is at 11AM. All personal items must be removed from the site when you depart Guests will be charged a $50 site clean up fee (on their credit card on file) if personal items or trash are left on the site. If you leave the property without settling your fees due, we reserve the right to immediately charge your designated payment method for all fees, expenses or damages.  You will be emailed a receipt to your address on record.

UTILITIES:  Utilities (water, electricity) are included for all short-terms rentals (up to $200 per month). 

INSURANCE.  Licensee agrees to carry RV & vehicle liability insurance and comprehensive insurance and current vehicle registration during the term of this document. Licensee will furnish proof of insurance to RV Park for both personal and recreational vehicles.

ASSIGNED SITE: Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking. 

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Towne North MHC LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Towne North MHC LLC from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Towne North MHC LLC may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Towne North MHC LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

-Confirmed Daily reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a $40.00 cancellation fee.

-A cancellation fee of $25.00 is charged for any Weekly or Monthly reservation cancellation made 30 days or more in advance.

-A cancellation fee of $100.00 is charged for Weekly and Monthly reservation cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.

 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Towne North MHC LLC or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

 The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
