Cancellation Policy
Short-Term Stays (Less Than 30 Nights)
- 7+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- 2–6 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Arrival / No-Show: No refund.
Long-Term Stays (30 Nights or More)
- Before Move-In: First month’s rent (or deposit) is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of scheduled arrival.
- After Move-In:
- Guests must provide 30 days’ written notice to terminate their stay.
- Early departures without notice will result in forfeiture of the remainder of that month’s rent. No prorated refunds.
- Guests must provide 30 days’ written notice to terminate their stay.
General Terms
- Refunds (when eligible) are processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Management reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of documented emergencies (medical, military deployment, natural disaster).
- Weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refund unless the park is officially closed.
