Cancellation & Refund Policy

Campsites

• 60+ days notice: $25 processing fee retained

• 15–59 days notice: 25% cancellation fee

• 4–14 days notice: 50% cancellation fee

• 0–3 days notice: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

• No show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Lodging (Cabins & Rental Campers)

• 60+ days notice: $25 processing fee retained

Reservation Changes

If your plans change, you may choose to move your reservation to a future available date instead of canceling. Any money already paid will be applied in full to your new reservation.

Reservations canceled within 0–3 days of arrival are not eligible to be moved or refunded. The full reservation amount will be forfeited.

No refunds are issued for early departures, weather, or violations of campground rules.
