Campsite Reservation/Registration:

  1. Check-in is required at the office upon arrival. If campground staff is unavailable, check-in instructions listed on the office door. Campsite check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  2. Reservations NOT made on-site require a credit card on file. Campsites must be reserved and paid for prior to occupying the site. Campers may not set up anything prior to booking the site.
  3. Same day reservations are allowed. Campers who wish to use a site that is open on the day of arrival are encouraged to book the site prior to leaving home. Campsite availability on the reservation system is “live” meaning that sites listed as open are available to reserve.
  4. While campground staff can complete a booking, their availability is not guaranteed. Campers may contact the Park Host for assistance at (715) 635-6075 from May 1 to September 30 or email tregocampground@gmail.com.
  5. The site number assigned through the online reservation system may change upon arrival. This could be due to the size of your camping unit and the suitability of the originally booked site or to better accommodate your stay.
  6. Minimum reservation is 1 night. Holiday weekends require a 2-night minimum.
  7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations requested 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after the 14 days before your arrival date. Contact the Park Host to discuss your cancellation. If cancellation is before the 14 days, you will be credited a refund excluding the credit card fees.
  8. Credit card fees will apply.

General:

  1. The camping leader who reserves a site must be at least 18 years of age. All juvenile persons occupying a campsite must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions may be approved by the park attendant for family or an Organized Juvenile Group (one competent, mature adult for each 10 juveniles).
  2. Only one camping unit (tent, trailer, etc.) per site unless approved by the park attendant. Exceptions may be approved for single families. Each individual camping unit must pay the site fee to occupy the same campsite.
  3. Campsite check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  4. Guns, weapons of any sort or fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
  5. Dogs are permitted at a fee of $5.00 per dog. A dog must always be on a leash and never left unattended. If a dog is left in a tent or chained outside, we will consider this animal neglect. Law enforcement may be called. Dog runs or pens in Camper’s campsite are allowed.

Excessive barking, whining, or other disruptive noises can affect the experience of fellow campers. Our park host will use their discretion to determine if behavior is excessive. If needed, a warning will be issued—and if the issue continues, you may be asked to remove your pet or leave the campground. Dog feces must be picked up and disposed of immediately.

  1. Insurance and liability for personal property on the site, including but not limited to camping unit and contents, etc., are the responsibility of the camper owner/occupant.
  2. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please observe quiet time and be considerate of your fellow campers.

Campsite Use:

  1. All trailers/RVs, etc. are required to be backed into the site unless permission is given by the park attendant.
  2. Limit of two motor vehicles per campsite. All vehicles and guest vehicles must be parked on Camper’s campsite. Due to emergency vehicle access, there is no parking on any of the park roads. The same rule applies for any recreational vehicle and boats.
  3. No camping unit shall be set up beyond the limits of the campsite.
  4. Do NOT DIG in campsite. This includes placing fencing stakes, etc.
  5. No alterations of any kind are allowed to the individual sites without prior approval. No nailing/drilling into trees is allowed. No trees may be moved or cut down. Clothes lines permitted but must be high enough to not create a hazard.
  6. Wisconsin State Law requires all wastewater to be put into an authorized container and disposed of at the dump station. You will be charged a sanitation fee if waste is dumped at the campsite. The dump station is free for registered campers. A fee of $20.00 per dump is charged for non-registered campers.
  7. Fish must be cleaned in the fish cleaning house located behind the shower building. See rules listed in the fish house on how to dispose of the fish remains.
  8. Campfires are only allowed in the fire rings provided and must be always attended. No firewood that originates from outside of Washburn County is allowed. Firewood is available on-site for purchase. For the safety of everyone at the park, please put your fires out before going to bed.
  9. Upon departure, all litter must be removed and disposed of in the trash bin provided by the park. This is located by the shower building. Garbage in fire rings is not acceptable. If Camper has left any excessive garbage/debris, there may be an extra fee charged to the site upon departing. (EX. Do not leave large amounts of unbagged garbage, or brush debris brought from somewhere else.)
