Waiver of Liability:  Customer shall not hold Campground, Owners, Manager or any Agent of the Owners or Manager, or any Employees of the Tundra RV Park liable for any or all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, accidents, theft, or acts of God.  Physical damage and liability coverage is the full responsibility of owner/renter of the RV.  Rental space remains under the control of the campground Manager. Services are provided under a Site Service Agreement. You are not under a landlord/tenant arrangement--Theft of Services applies. 

Violations of park rules may result in your immediate removal from the park and no refunds will be given.  You are responsible for following all park rules and for ensuring that the members of your group and guests are aware of and follow the park rules.

  1. Check in is available after 1:00 pm. If you arrive early, we may be able to check you in earlier if your site is vacant.  Please notify office staff if you will be arriving late, so that we can make sure you have directions to your reserved site.
  2. Check out time is 12:00 Noon unless prior approval is received from the park staff.  Guests staying without prior approval of park staff will be billed for an additional night’s stay.  If you decide that you would like to stay for additional nights, please confirm with park staff before the check-out time as the site that you are in may be reserved for another guest.  We will work to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability.
  3. The Park speed limit is 10 MPH.  Please observe it.
  4. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep in mind that other guests may have early departure times or may have arrived late and may be sleeping.  Please keep in mind that during the regular season it may be daylight during the quiet hours.  If we must contact you about a disturbance at your site, at the discretion of the park staff, you may be given a warning or required to leave.
  5. Guests arriving/departing during quiet hours shall be mindful of their noise and keep voices and activities to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
  6. You are responsible for the conduct of your children and/or pets; they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their children and/or pets.
  7. Restrooms and showers are accessible 24 hours a day; please help keep them neat and clean. Report any problems immediately.
  8. Use of generators are not permitted during quiet hours.
  9. Campfires are only allowed within the firepits or fireplaces at each site and shall not be left unattended.  Campfires are to be keep small and under control at all times.  Fully extinguish fires before retiring or leaving your site.  Campfires will not be permitted during high fire danger periods.  Notices will be posted in the office, laundromat and at the shower house when a burn ban is in effect.
  10. Do not move picnic table from other sites without Park Management permission.  Return picnic tables to their original position before leaving the site.
  11. A secure sewer hose connector is required. A $50.00 clean-up fee may be charged if your RV causes a sewer spill.
  12. Motorized bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other motorized recreational vehicle must obey the speed limit rules and remain on the designated roadways within the park.
  13. Tundra RV Park is a pet friendly park, and we wish to keep it friendly for all of our guests and family members.  As guests you may encounter other park guests with pets.  Our pet owning guests are required to follow additional rules and are fully and solely responsible for their pets.
  14. Abuse, harassment or neglect of pets will not be tolerated on Tundra RV Park property and will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the park.
  15. As per Alaska State Law (Alaska Statute 18.35.301), smoking is not allowed in any public buildings or within 10 feet of an entrance to a Bar or Restaurant, or within 20 feet of an entrance, open window or ventilation air intake of any public building covered by law.  Guests are required to pick-up all cigarette waste around their sites and not discard items in common areas.  Cigarette butts are not to be placed in fire-pits. Ash cans are available outside entrances to all common use buildings for your convenience.
  16. Park does not carry public liability or property damage insurance to compensate RVer, RVer’s Guest or any other person from any loss, damage, or injury except those resulting from actions where Park would be legally liable for such loss, damage or injury. RVer is responsible for obtaining, at RVer’s own cost, extended coverage for RV, fire and other casualty insurance on the Recreational Vehicle, other improvements and contents to the full insurable value and such other insurance as is necessary to protect RVer, RVer’s Guest or others from loss or liability, and RVer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Park from any liability thereof. Insurance to also cover debris removal.

Reservation Policy:

Park reserves the right to cancel or change any reservation without prior notice in the event of damage, required repairs, or other circumstances that render the site unusable.  The Park will make every effort to accommodate the Guest in a like or better site if available or refund the Guest.
