Terms and Conditions 

• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
• Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
• The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
• We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
• All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
• We do not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
• All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
• Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
• Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
• Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
• Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
• Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
• The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
• Clotheslines are not allowed.
• Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
• All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
• All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property.
• DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
• All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

We welcome our guests to take advantage of our free Wifi available to both RV and Cabin guests!

Twice is Nice is not liable for any damage, undesired resource usage, or detrimental effects that may occur to a user’s device and/or software while the user’s device is connected to the Service. The user is responsible for any actions taken from his or her device, whether intentional or unintentional, that may damage or otherwise affect other devices.

General

1. Guests are expected to abide by all terms within, and agree not to hold Management at fault due to failure to comply.

2. Management reserves the right to terminate tenancy of any resident for disregarding these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

3. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

4. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the property.

5. Management shall not be held responsible for loss or damage caused by accident, theft, electrical surge, fire, or an act of God to any personal property on the premises.

6. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

7. In the event that there is an outstanding balance at checkout, please ensure payment is settled prior to your departure. Should the balance not be paid in full, please be advised that by staying with us, you authorize Twice is Nice to charge the card on file to rectify this balance.

8. Loud parties are not permitted on the property.

9. Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 8 AM every evening.

10. Open intoxication and recreational drug use is strictly forbidden.

11. Please be courteous to the other guests on the property. Inflammatory language or violence towards other guests may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

12. The use of fireworks and weapons are forbidden. No person shall possess, carry, use or discharge any type of firearms, airguns, paintball guns, or any such ballistic equipment within the Park.

13. Speed limit of the park is 10 MPH. Please be respectful of children and other guests.

14. No Parking on grass or roadways. Please utilize the common parking area, or your personal site, if space allows. Guest assumes all towing costs associated with improper parking in this manner.

15. Parents are responsible to see that children do not disturb neighbors or abuse property. Parents will be held financially responsible for any damage that is caused by their children towards private or park property.

16. Guests must clean up after themselves using proper garbage disposal methods.

17. If guests are staying overnight, the paying tenant must also be present on their site.

18. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only. NO GROUND FIRES! Fires must be tended to by a responsible adult at all times, and must be extinguished completely when not in use.

19. No burning of trash, leaves or other material is permitted anywhere on the grounds.

20. No swimming, wading, or fishing is permitted in the pond at any time.

21. Cutting of trees, defacing buildings, littering, etc. is in violation of the Park rules.

22. Please report any instance of vandalism or other crimes committed to Management at the earliest in order to contact law enforcement.

Wi-Fi Service

Cabins

1. No RVs or other such vehicles are permitted in the cabin parking lot area.

2. No parking is permitted alongside or in front of the cabin areas, with the exception of the Butterfly parking space, which is reserved for ADA compliance of a guest staying at this cabin.

3. All garbage must be in plastic bags and tied before being placed into the public disposal area.

4. Only toilet paper may be flushed in toilets. Please dispose of all other materials in the household garbage.

RV Park

1. RV sites are non-transferrable.

2. Only one RV or similarly sized vehicle is permitted per site. Excess vehicles must be parked in storage area, for a fee.

3. Clotheslines are not permitted.

4. Boats, trailers, and car dollies must be stored in the public storage area, for a fee. Please contact management for assistance.

5. Guest must use the provided electric, water, and septic hook ups and may not eliminate any water or sewage directly onto the ground.

6. No unlicensed person is permitted to perform any washing or maintenance work on any RV or similar unit within the park, unless approved by management.

7. Sewer connections must have properly fitted adapters to allow a sealed connection while dumping.

8. No baby wipes, diapers, paper towels, grease, female sanitary products, condoms, or plastics are permitted to be drained into the RV sewer lines. If a clog is found to be caused by such materials, guest assumes financial responsibility for plumbing service to clear it.

9. Tampering with utility service is strictly prohibited. Please contact management for repair assistance.

Pets

1. Pets are allowed on some permitted sites (with a two max pet per site), and are subject to fee per pet. If a guest is determined to have a pet without having paid the fee, the business reserves the right to include a surcharge on the guest’s balance.

2. Pets are restricted in size to 35 lbs or less. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, or any mixture thereof.

3. Twice is Nice is not responsible for, and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by their pet.

4. All pets, including cats, must be leashed at all times.

5. Pets are not to be tied up or staked outside without presence of the pet owner.

6. All pet feces must be collected and properly disposed of.
