Great new campground. Level sites, VERY clean and well maintained washhouses. beautiful river that runs along the back of the campground. And very friendly staff. We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend and will return in the future.

Great campground. Everything is brand new and kept clean. The bathhouses are amazing and you have your own individual room that has toilet/shower and sink all to yourself

Place was great, it is a new place and was very well organized and overall a very nice facility. It’s not right on the “strip” but we prefer it that way, more laid back. Plus, you’re in a valley and the views are great. We go to the smokies at least twice a year and we will definitely be back to this place. The pictures on Campspot showed dirt pads and that is not the case, gravel pads are neat a fairly level. Main camp roads are black top which was great so our son could ride his scooter. If you’re in the area looking for a campsite, this one is worth looking into.

Shower rooms were clean and everything was nice. Great location and close to everything. WiFi didn’t work, couldn’t watch TV at all. Everything else was great.

An amazing place to stay just outside of Pigeon Forge. We fell in love with Sevierville. We were 10 minutes to Dollywood and other attractions. But the campground is tucked between a little farm and mountians. You would not even know it is so close to everything! It was very calm and quiet. It is perfect. All amenities are clean and well kept. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We look forward to going back soon!

Great campground!. I would recommend to anyone. Clean well spaced gravel sites. Tons of cool stuff to do on site for the kids. Close to pigeon forge, Gatlinberg and national park. Will be staying here again.

We will definitely be staying here again. The spots all seem to be very roomy and our pull through spot was perfect. The bath house was so nice and WARM with individual showers/restrooms. Several playgrounds that our granddaughter loved to play on and a very nice dog park. The best part for us was the location! We came to visit Dollywood and were able to get there through back roads and NO TRAFFIC! Same when we went up to Gatlinburg. We will be back!!
