Lots were way too close together and on our lot #25 there were dried tire mud ruts so walking was treacherous. The stink of sewer gas was disgusting (we did not use a sewer connection) seemed to be coming from next lot over where they had no sewer vapor lock…the hose was just shoved into the sewer. We will not return.

Scary, rundown. No septic at my site as advertised.

Felt like we were staying at a junk yard. Run down RVs, broken junk outside, rotton wooden picnic tables, lots of mud. We were parked next to an RV that had their black waste pouring over the concrete at various times. It was disgusting. Pool had been closed by the city and it was locked up. Nothing about this aligns with what is advertised online. Photos are clearly digitally enhanced and old.
