Valhalla Resort Hotel Policies & Rules

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Arrival time: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon arrival.

  • Departure time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and may incur an extra fee.

  • Bill settlement: All outstanding charges must be paid in full upon presentation or at check-out.

General Conduct and Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.

  • Visitors: Non-registered visitors must leave the premises by 8:00 PM and register at the front desk.

  • Parties: In-room parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly banned to ensure safety and comfort.

Health and Safety

  • Smoke-free policy: Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping is forbidden inside all guest rooms, hallways, and indoor public spaces.

  • Prohibited items: Weapons, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, and illegal drugs are not allowed on hotel property.

  • Right of entry: Management and staff reserve the right to enter rooms for maintenance, housekeeping, or safety inspections.

Property and Liability

  • Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment.

  • Valuables: The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen cash, jewelry, or valuables left unsecured in the room. Guests should use the in-room safe.

  • Management rights: The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest without a refund if they violate these policies or disturb others.

Booking Policy:

The full reservation total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled at least 1 day prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Reservations cancelled less than 1 day prior to arrival receive no refund.

  • No shows and early departures receive no refund.
